Awesome hotel with great amenities for families.

Was a decent hotel. I had 3 children with me, they loved the indoor pool. The pool area could of used more seating. The breakfast that was included was great.

The staff was very nice and very good breakfast in the restaurant was free my family and I will definitely be back on our way home from Disney

Stayed there over spring break with the grandkids, this hotel is definitely getting rundown, needed more towels at the pool and when I called the front desk gave me attitude. Breakfast is provided you get a coupon and you go down to the restaurant however it takes forever to get somebody to see you and Servio. We actually went out for breakfast the second morning cause we didn’t wanna wait an hour.

The staff was friendly, the complementary breakfast was great, the pool and gym were nice. The room was pretty nice and big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids... The only complaint is that the room and bathroom definitely needed more cleaning done. But overall experience was good. I would most likely go back and stay again if i needed to.

I stayed for 6 weeks at this property while I’m in town at a local hospital as a travel worker. As a former hospitality/sales employee, I will say this place has amazing bones, but it’s about 10 years overdue for a remodel. It’s very clean, but extremely dated. I stayed in 6 different rooms and the amenities were hit and miss. WiFi is surprisingly fast here I will say! Some preventative maintenance would go a long way: outlets don’t hold cords in, almost every tv receiver is detached, tub floor grip is non-existent, pillows are flat, etc. -nothing that can’t be remedied. All-in-all I think the price they charge for what you get is fair. My only real complaint every week was noise. It’s SUCH a noisy property, and there’s little to no sound proofing. My most recent stay I let the front desk know of a child screaming down the hall (three rooms away) for hours on end and nothing was done. This issue remained for the duration of my stay after notifying someone twice. For this reason I won’t be staying again. Your staff is incredibly nice, but when issues arise they need to be willing to take care of it before you lose business.

When turning down one of the beds in the second room I rented,We found a body piercing in the bed, along with dry blood and a wet spot. Both of my grandkids were injured in the pool while swimming from other hotel guests who was smacked in the face in the head with the football. All the hotel said was I am sorry my room with you guys this room to 255,the second room was 214 and they were moved to room 248. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not use it again.the said because of the dirty room they were going to comp me one night, and refused to do anything with the fact that both of my grandchildren got hurt

We love to stay at the this hotel. It’s very clean both inside and out. The staff is super friendly. It’s so nice to have a restaurant at this location. The bar is very entertaining. This one is #1 for me and my family when we fly out of the Medford airport.

Due to a family emergency, we had to move our reservation up one day. The front desk went above and beyond to make everything happen, as well as give my elderly mother the most comfortable stay possible. Excellent service!

All the staff I met were great. Helpful and courteous from the front desk personnel to the maid. The establishment is dated and there was mold throughout the bathroom and water damage on the bathroom door (could use updating), but overall, I had a great time with my family here.
