The location is great and the staff was very friendly. During our visit, the hot tub was lukewarm at best. That was a little disappointing since our family was looking forward to warming up after a day tubing and sledding. It was nice to have breakfast included and our kids enjoyed their pancake making machine. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again and will just hope the jacuzzi is heated next time.

This place definitely surprises me. The rooms were very clean, especially for a place that receives snowboarders and skiers. The full breakfast was a huge plus and there's usually still hot chocolate avaible to make later in the day. The only things that could be improved are: It would be great if the fire place would be running And even though the rooms where mostly spotless some of the handles on things were sticky (no doubtedly due to some kiddo wirh sticky hands lol).

The Best Western Mount Hood Inn is pretty much the only three star hotel in town. It was clean and had a decent breakfast. Atmosphere is basic Best Western. Other more homey and family run inns in town are not listed on Expedia. The place is a little musty and the decor is tired. The staff is friendly when they are greeting people and not in the back office room..

Very comfortable and clean hotel. My kids were excited to see a pancake maker at breakfast. They are used to seeing a waffle maker but not a pancake maker. 😊 My husband was not happy with the noise he was hearing from the door to the hallway but other than that it was fine.

You can hear your neighbors, but probably not any more than any other hotel. Hopefully they’re as mindful as you. It’s a convenient location to Mt Hood. There is a restaurant/bar next door which is family friendly. We managed to wander over to the nearby museum on the morning they were closed for a staff meeting so that was funny (check their hours if you’re interested).
