Wow what a view! Great sized room, staff super helpful and the coffee machine was a hit for the hot chocolates for the kids. Breakfast offering next door that was included very impressive!

The balcony view is amazing. I cannot speak more highly of this hotel. Very clean, very accommodating for families. The breakfast included was delicious and amazing. Loved the coffee machine by the front desk.

I was in the area for a funeral. A college student, my family was staying over at the lodge and they had no rooms so i booked through expedia a room here. When i arrived i had been awake for almost 24 hours and emotional from the events that day. They had no record I booked a room through expedia. I showed them my PAID reciept and everything on my phone app & they STILL wanted me to pay AGAIN for the room. After going back and forth for about 1/2 hour I finally just drove back to the airport and caught the first flight out. I was EXTREMELY disapointed. All i wanted was to sleep.

Friendly greeting at lake check in, and pool up until 11- made my kids so happy after a long drive and not arriving until 9pm. The room is comfortable and nice.

I enjoy staying at this hotel; my kids and I stay there every single time we're in town, which is saying something. But, the "fitness room" needs an upgrade, desperately. There are no dumbbells, bands, balls, or mats in the tiny room (so if you want to do abs, you're laying on the dirty carpet). There's a treadmill - old, and broken on multiple occasions when I've been there - an elliptical, and a bike. Other than that, there are a few medicine balls ranging from 4 to 12 pounds, but nowhere to actually use them (there's literally no extra space), and a small cable machine in the corner. If it's a single night, you can make do, but if you're serious about fitness at all and/or staying multiple days, it's frustrating.

View was amazing. Pool was open late which was a huge plus since we got in late and the kids had a lot of energy from the long car ride

The front desk lady at the hotel with the purple scarf is not very nice I don't know her name. The pool was not clean at all. The room was very neat and clean we were very grateful for that. The restaurant where would you get free breakfast the staff there is also extremely rude each day we went and there are no options for drinks. Next time I will definitely just stay with my family in town rather than the hotel

This is our go-to for our family. It is right next to the river and on a clear day the view is breath taking It is also next to a railroad track which my train-loving son adores. The sound from the trains is hardly noticeable but even for more sensitive ears, the hotel provides ear plugs. The staff is outstanding to support requests. Just love this place.
