We reserved 2 queen beds for our room. When we got to our room we had a king and double pull out couch. We managed however we had to call down to get the bedding for the pull out couch. Wasn’t the best situation with 2 children ready for bed.

Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful. We came down for a family emergency and she was so kind a thoughtful. The stay was nice.

The room was not super clean. Weird stains on the mirrors and shower. Bed was hard as a rock. Service while checking in was awful, the gentleman assisting my family and the others in our group was incredibly rude.
