DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown

When I called to request a child crib they took ages to find my booking switching my call from one person to another and still despite them having promised - the crib was not ready 3 hours later when we arrived. Looks like the request was never communicated to the property. The hotel management however was nice and tried their best to accommodate our request quickly. Nice hotel with terrible phone helpline.

Came to town with family and friends. the location is good, easy access seems well cared for and safe. Check in was slow, the front desk seemed understaffed for the crowd, but the staff were friendly and did a good job.

The reviews of this property are incorrect. Very noisy with parties on several floors. You are supposed to use your key to gain access to top floors but anyone can get on the elevator and get off anywhere. There was a huge party next to our room with very loud music and very loud talking. Security was called but nothing was done to stop the noise. This is a PARTY HOTEL not a family hotel. Stay here if you like loud music, loud talking and no security.

Such a wonderful and inviting atmosphere at the Double Tree Hotel. Definitely a place that I would come back to with my entire family.

Unfortunately we didn't realize there were only double beds, so it was tight for our family of 4. Also, the room was very dated. There were ants coming in through our shower and into the bathroom. They are in the process of renovating, so hopefully the rooms will be better going forward.

Comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was very tasty with good variety. Bar had nice selection of beers and alcohol. Your stay is at the mercy of what's happening in the convention center. Ours was junior cheerleading competition. Having shuttle availability was a good feature.

Our tables hadnt been cleaned, guest service was rude to my family and her housekeeper. Stayed here throughout the years and never had any issues. Definitely the lady at check in who made this a bad experience. Thehalf cleaned room we would've left it at things happen.

I booked this room online since my family was coming into town for a concert and we needed somewhere to stay overnight. We have often stayed at Hilton properties in the past and never had any complaints regarding cleanliness, customer service, inconvenience, etc. However, this property was very disappointing, especially given the amount of money it cost for only one night. We had to switch rooms upon arrival because the AC was broken and got moved to a room with two double beds down the hall, in which the AC did work properly. The bathroom was not cleaned and the bedding had stains on it, which needless to say was not only disappointing but also disgusting. I wiped down and disinfected the bathroom myself, but didn’t notice the stained sheets and dirty bedding until after the concert that night. Therefore we slept over the covers until morning came and we were able to check out. Again, I have stayed at many Hilton properties in the past because they have been very clean and up to expectations. This property was definitely not fitting to those categories. I am very disappointed in what we received for the expensive amount the room cost for the night. If I could’ve looked at the property before booking it, I definitely would have which would have led to staying somewhere else. I expect more from a Hilton hotel and will be more careful in the future when traveling out of town and having to book online.

We were in town to go to the hospital to see family and spent the night there and the comfort there at the hotel was great,especially after staying the night at the hospital for one night. Thank you
