Great Access to Cox Convention Center, easy walk down to the Riverfront. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was well stocked and good variety. They do have parking for only $10 a day, but it's very tight and fills up fast. Not recommended for big trucks. There is a parking garage next door for $40 a day. First night was quiet, second night there was a screaming child next door, but there was a dance competition happening so lots of families. More affordable than the Double Tree Next door, would recommend!

Stayed for 2 weeks while family was in nearby hospital. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Will stay there again!

I had no issues with the hotel. However Expedias booking process nearly caused us to have no room at the hotel. I reserved the room on 1 nov. but Expedia did not send the reservation to the property until the day of our reservation. The hotel was fully booked as there was a huge marathon and concert. We showed up and they said we didn’t have a room because Expedia sent the reservation through that day. There were 5 other people in the same boat as us. It was only when the manager got involved and was able to give us a room that happened to be available because of a cancellation. They honored our Expedia rate and went above and beyond given the circumstances. Expedia, however has lost my business. This has happened three times before where I show up and the hotel does not have a room, and it’s because Expedia messed up the reservation. It’s the worst feeling ever after you have been traveling all day and have 3 small kids. Their customer service is a joke when it comes to addressing these issues. I will book directly through the hotel from now on.

Check in was fantastic, lady working the desk was sweet and very helpful. She let me know at check in that the wifi wasn’t working. We had 3 rooms and she was able to move one to a room with a pull out couch which helped our nephew and his kids. After we got to the other two rooms, we realized one was next to a room that was loud and she moved us down one room, so we wouldn’t be bothered. Being New Years Eve I know there is a chance of loud people but I appreciate that she was willing/able to accommodate us and not have to deal with possible waking up my kids in the middle of the night. Breakfast in the morning was also good. What I did not like was the air conditioner didn’t seem to work correctly, I turned it on when I got to the room (temp was 72, set it to 65) got my kiddos dressed and ready for bed and temp went to 77. Could never get the air to work so I ended up running the fan all night and it cooled the room down but was loud and annoying trying to sleep. The faucet for the bathroom sink was plumbed wrong, when we turned on cold water it was hot and slightly burned my daughters hands (not bad at all just annoying). My next complaint isn’t necessarily the hotel itself but the smell of weed all night was annoying. I know it is legal in Oklahoma but I personally do not want to have to smell it or have to be around it especially when I’m trying to sleep.

This location of this property was ideal for my trip. Unfortunately that was the only positive aspect. The hotel did NOT have heat, which I later learned was a frequent problem at this location. We were offered a space heater but told we could only have it for a short time. We were trying to go to bed. I had a young child with me and we had to go out and get extra blankets ourselves because it was so cold in our room. It got down into the low 50s in our room. When we woke up, there was water all over the room by the window. There were electrical cords in the water from the desk area. The bathtub also dripped the entire stay. When we left, the man at the desk was appalled that we were offered space heaters and said that was not something they did. There was no manager to speak with and no guarantee of when they would be there. We were told they managed multiple sites and did not have a set schedule. While the suite was very spacious, the beds were very uncomfortable. I will not be booking here again and I advise anyone who does to do so with caution.

I probably would not stay again. The hotel was clean and nice but several issues came during our two night stay. Hotel was very loud and a fight broke out in the lobby with police being called. Hotel had numerous cars towed that were parked in the correct spot. On several occasions our keys did not work and had to be reprogrammed. Not fun if your hands are full and you’re carrying a baby and have to wait on a slow elevator from the 5th floor numerous times. Housekeeping did not want to clean our room but agreed to give us washcloths. When we returned for the evening, only 2 of the 4 washcloths were in our room. Computer issues at checkout and nobody could tell me my bill total or give me a receipt. However I was reassured I would be called and emailed with the total. This never happened. I called the following day and was told by a gentleman he would email me my receipt. Still waiting and nothing.

The hotel was dirty, the tub fixture fell off in my hand while I attempted to shower. I had no hot water! Fan in room was loud and never stopped. The safety door to parking garage was propped open for ANYONE to enter. This did not make my family feel safe.

There is no pool! This property is advertise that it has a pool. It's in the property pictures. My family and I were extremely disappointed since swimming was in our trip plans. Kids were crying. We tried to cancel the reservation but it was going to be charged no matter what. Besides that, it was a decent hotel with a good breakfast

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and welcoming. The location was not idea due to all the construction. Noice wasn't an issue, but there were people roaming the streets so we were glad to have covered parking with security cameras. Don't let your kids wander alone.
