The Mayo Hotel

Beautiful hotel! From the moment you drive up until you get to your room you are taken care of promptly. Prompt service with valet parking and baggage assistance. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Loved the size of our room/suite. Very roomy! We weren’t able to use the rooftop since one grandchild was only 19. It was also very warm out! We will be back!

This stay was awful seeing that we didnt stay. I should say, were not allowed to stay. I was very lucky that my parents traveled loads when I was a kid and my mother liked nice hotels. So of course I gravitated to The Mayo because it's beautiful and very close to BOK for a concert. My mother generously let me use points to stay here. What a treat! I get there, im not allowed in because unfortunately I'm 19. I panic, and my mom tries to intervene, but to no avail. Even a guest of the Hotel's, a lawyer, was trying to explain to the desk clerk. They wouldn't even let us leave our car there, and had to park at a taco shop. I had to drive back after the concert. So my mom lost her peace of mind, by letting me stay at a hotel on her, and to top it off she lost her points!!

We took our grandchildren out for a fancy night on the town in Tulsa and The Mayo was a must. We were pleasantly surprised with the room and the fabulous hotel lobby. We will definitely come back some day.

Well, the menu said smoothies. No smoothies. No resturant. No room service (not talking about during business hours when we can go out to a resturant and eat for 1/3 of the price of room service - room service to me and my family means we can get service after the resturants close -in our rooms). Piano now just a decoration. No ice machine in the rooms - been disabled and you may have to go to a different floor to get ice. Other things: no game room or pool - however unlike resturant and room service are not listed as being available amenities on the site.

Amazing stay in Downtown Tulsa. We had originally reserved the Hotel Indigo, but apparently, I didn't save it correctly because they didn't have our reservation. So we ended up staying at the Mayo. The place was gorgeous. The service was perfect. Our family had a great stay.
