The check-in was the weirdest I've ever encountered. Gave me a room key at 9:00pm, went to room, opened door and screaming started. Someone was already in room. Never had that happen. It scared me and I'm sure, it scared the family in the room. I'm just gong to assume they didn't sleep to well after that, nor did I. Major miss-fire.

We needed a place to stay while our power was out. We selected the suite since we would have our baby and dog with us. We do appreciate them accommodating pets. I think they were short staffed. They tried, but it was kinda chaotic. Our room wasn’t ready until about 2 hours of check in. The room has seen better days. Stylish, but needs a refresh. The bed was comfortable.

Our stay was outstanding. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The property was beautiful. I will recommend this location to my friends and family visiting Tulsa. Thanks to MyLetta for our 'special' gifts, Ron for our VIP photo shoot and transportation and William 1 & William 2 appreciate your assistance on Sunday morning.
