Comfort Suites Central/I-44

Room wasn't clean. When ever i stay somewhere we check for bed bugs. When checking there was hair behind the bed. Didnt sleep well people above us were loud. People in the hall were in and out their rooms all night. Wanted to take kids swimming couldn't do to inappropriate behaviour by people in the pool. Didnt even try to eat the breakfast. hall was hot and smelled horrible. staff was nice at check in. Didnt sleep well due to all the nose. Wish i had my money back was a horrible experience never again will i stay at with this hotel.

We checked in and the lady at the desk tried to charge a higher rate than quoted on expedia. That was resolved. I checked the bed and found food on the fitted sheet, flat sheet, and comforter. The sheets had clearly not been cleaned after the last guest! I was given a new room. It smelled so bad of marijuana it turned my stomach. I was told to just go it and they would resolve the situation when I came back. I left to find another hotel and get food. We found a hotel so I called back to get my money back at this horrid hotel. The supervisor said she wouod refund my money. When my husband, myself, and my two children came back to the hotel to get a refund the feont desk lady lied and said the supervisor was gone she could not refund us. Then low and behold in walks the supervisor. They tried to get us to keep the first room with coean sheets. I was so disgusted by the lack of cleanliness and rude staff I insisted on a refund. It took from just before 4 until after 8 p.m. to get everything resolved. I had a tired crying baby and an autistic son overstimulated but they didn't seem to care. I give 0/5 stars.

The lady at the front desk Sue was very nice to me and my children, we had a small set back when we first arrived but she took care of that very quickly. Definitely would love to stay again. Nice comfy beds great hot tub and pool!

The lady who checked me in did not like the fact I had brought my kids to a later check in- she also didn’t realize it was my family till I said something after her remark. This is also after I waited for someone to come to the front with no way of contacting anyone at the front desk. A worker took the last newspaper at the front which was a bummer.

Staff was very nice. Bathroom was our only issue. Shower nozzle in our room just continually turned so hard to get it on hot water. Toilet seat doesn't fit properly and toilet has very low water pressure. We never said anything as the staff was very busy with ALOT of families staying for cheer competition.

It did the job for our family spring break staycation. We were looking for an indoor pool and Jacuzzi for the kids. While the pool area needs to be upgraded. Our stay was good.

We stayed during spring break with 4 kids 2 adults. The room was very clean & a good size for all of us to sleep comfortably.

The actual manager was great although the other receptionist was a little bit scrambled. We did very much enjoy our stay. We did have a little issue with billing but again that was from the Scrambl’d receptionist and the manager did look into it. The continental breakfast was great for the kids. The pool kept them occupied for hours And the rooms were very clean.

My only issue with our stay wasn't related to the hotel or staff necessary. We had kids in the room above us that started jumping and stomping around at 5am.

The kiddos loved the pool. And the hubby and I loved the hot tub
