During our check in, we where greeted by Calvin. Talked to him about a good place to get BBQ. Place he sent us to was amazing. Little small family business. Calvin really made our trip great. Thank you

While on the website was advertised with a indoor pool and hot tub. Upon arrival came to find out the entire bottom floor was being remodeled and the indoor pool/ hot tub was also closed. I was traveling with my two kids and that was a big disappointment. Asked to be swapped to a double bed if available, the lady said the hotel was booked up yet, availability showed at 60 percent for the night. parking lot reflected it. There are thousands of hotels but only few are hospitality business.

The lady who checked us in was a bit rude. The toilet seat and outside of the toilet bowl were not clean. I had to wipe the seat off before my kids could use it. We were very disappointed the hot tub was no longer available when they advertise there is a hot tub.

The staff was amazing! We where there for a thanksgiving dinner and the place we where going to have it canceled. The staff allowed us to feed our family in there dining area. This meant a lot to us!

My kids enjoyed being able to get in the pool. The breakfast was also good! The room was clean!

Cleanliness is great. Location is acceptable. Breakfast was sufficient and the breakfast lady was nice. Hospitality is where this particular establishment failed big time! I walked in and the older lady in the front desk asked me what I needed. No hello, no smile, no indication of a welcoming hotel whatsoever! What I received instead was judgements and set of rules about the use of the pool when I told her there were 2 adults & 3 kids in our group. I'm hoping that our being a minority is not a factor. I paid the upgraded room for 5 in advance and yet she emphasized about only 2 children per room. I again repeated to her that that's the reason why I paid for a room for 5 and all she can say was, "that you did" and proceeded to type. No apologies. We used 4 different hotels during our 2-wk road trip and never had we encountered a more unfriendly "librarians" running a supposed to be a hospitality business. In conclusion, if you don't mind rules being thrown at your face instead of a friendly hello then this hotel is good.

Booked a king room and last minute decided to bring our 3 year old grandson. We were not allowed to check in because we couldn’t have 3 in a king room… mi thought children that age stayed free so why does it matter???? I offered to change the booking and pay the difference but since it was prepaid through a travel site it receptionist said it couldn’t be done. Then she said if I had been truthful we wouldn’t be having that problem. The customer before asked about where to park and was told we do not assign parking. Customer after me( I was in lobby trying to resolve issue with booking company without a penalty to cancel and then rebook all the while a 3 year old was saying can we have a sleepover?) had the same problem. The receptionist just seemed rude and was very short with people and offered no help in resolving problems. Finally got a king suite for 3 people but only towels for 2 people. Also, tile around pool and in bathroom was extremely slick. Bottom of tub also very slick. Bath mat had holes and towels were extremely rough. Pool was over chlorinated and cloudy.

We really enjoyed the pool, breakfast, the hottub in our room. We were looking forward to using the pull out cpuch but when we pulled it put it was so so dirty. I wasnt going to mamke my child sleep on that. It also has a 2x4 screwed into it qnd didnt want to fold back in but my husband finally got it. It was obvious that it had been broken and thrown back together

I loved the huge room that they gave me for my family, we are family of five and it was ideal, clean and comfortable. My unique concern was the breakfast option, we went down to the dinning room around 9am and the the food options where basically empty. The time for breakfast is schedule till 9:30am, so I understand they were almost closing but it makes you feel that you can’t enjoy your meal.
