Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn & Conference Center

staff was nice. room was spacious but old. my kids enjoyed the outside pool but it was crowded. good breakfast choices.

Amazing amenities, old hidden gem but well maintained. Professional and fun staff made it easy to check in and addressed all of our needs, the GM Amber is very professional and nice and accommodating and went above and beyond to help my family, pool is heated and super awesome. Food is super good and lots to do here! Highly recommend.

The bar service wasnt great to get your food took forever poor service there's one person working the bar and taking food orders they need more help not worth spending 80$on food bar was left unattended was charged 150$ on a sofa my 14yr slept on didnt get a phone call nothing had to get a hold of them we didnt have a party or anything was there for the stockyard with my 14, 10, 4 and 3month old are you kidding we just slept in the room we were out enjoying OKC was hardly in our room ridiculous!!!

This hotel blacklisted me a d my family after nearly paying $1000 during thebweek we were there because they made the assumption that a wandering black man was with us and this man had supposedly pulled a weapon on someone else there. But it was all false and we were wrongly kicked off the property and they still owe me my money back

Food at the restaurant was good . Breakfast was fresh day one of my three day stay . Got worse as stay progressed . Room had an old ,worn feel to it . Not overly clean . Adequate for budget solo business stay, wouldn't recommend for family.

Honestly for me getting a suite and paying the extra for my family to have the additional space, the staff was rude to my husband. A tile broke and no one even replaced it. Shampoo conditioner and body wash bottles were EMPTY when we arrived. One of the TVs we paid to have access to and had a repair man attempt to fix did not work. House keeping didn't even clean our room because we found 2 dead crickets and cereal underneath the TV stand and in the bathroom. We don't eat cereal. This was our first and last time coming here. Only thing decent was the food. Everything else considering suite customers rooms should be top notch. This was extremely disappointing. The staff gave confusing instructions on how to get to our room. Never ever again will I book this place again. Never.. extremely disappointing..

Absolutely the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Wonderful front desk service, family friendly and I wasn't afraid to go barefoot in the room or take a bath in the tub!

This was such a disappointing stay. Recent reviews have to be paid for. The ones from march are way more accurate. The front desk was not friendly at check in. First room was clean minus the busted latch lock from the door being kicked in. Then at 1am our safe alarm starts going off )for low batter). We call the front and she send security who tells us it’s the smoke alarm which we proceeded to tell him it wasn’t, then he said okay well I can’t help you with the safe. But leaves the battery out of the smoke alarm, takes it with him and leaves. So we call the desk to switch rooms. Waking our kids we move to our new room which smells AWFUL. Like they covered up the smell with chemicals but it never worked. The bed was awful smelling. We finally try to get a few hours of sleep then wake up. Breakfast actually wasn’t bad, then head to the pool. The bathroom by the pool was out of order, the hot tub was out of order, the pool was greensish and cloudy. Ice machine was also broken. We head back to the room to Order food and we are locked out of our room because the battery is dead. Needless to say, this hotel needs some work for spending over $100 on a room a night.

They gave us only small two bed for 6 people, 4adult and 2 kids. Noisy the whole night.

It was horrible the room was dirty the linen was all with stains and hairs so nasty we had to leave at 4am and looked for another hotel we had an emergency trip and with no money they did not return the money either we were struggling with our kids they were tired and sleepy, horrible experience.
