Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport

I brought my family for a sport event, out of town. What use to be a nice hotel was not that experience this time! Not very pleased at all! The door didn't lock properly, the thermostat didn't work, I called the front desk they had no solution but to move us rooms. One bed had a comforter, the other had a thin sheet. Went to front desk for additional comforter and i was told they ran out of comforters. We paid for two nights and the house keeper did not come in to replace towels or clean the first night! Was not please and won't be staying here again at all!

I checked in on Thursday night and noticed my room was warm. I stopped by the next morning and told them I would be out all day, but I needed my AC checked. I got back to my room, and again, it was warm. I called, and he told me that maintenance had stopped by and the unit was frozen but would send him again. I also asked about my room getting cleaned. He explained that this was every third day and that it would be cleaned on Monday. I leave again for the day, returning to a warm room and a dirty room. He apologizes and gives me towels. On Monday, a day before I left, the same story and I was already irritated. I call again, and they send some guy wearing a plaid shirt and jeans and say, "This is all I have." We were there with multiple families with the same complaints about no one there to clean the room. I understand that it is not a 5-star resort, but there are multiple hotels around the are better than this one.

We booked a room that stated it slept five. It was a double Queen and we assumed it would have a pull out chair or sofa bed as it stated that it slept five. It did not have either a chair or sofa bed. The hotel had no other rooms available that would truly sleep five so one of my children had to sleep on the floor as they said they didn't have a cot.

The room I requested wasn’t what I received and the hotel wouldn’t change the room so one of my children had to sleep on the floor which had ants on it we realized the next morning.
