Best Western Plus Memorial Inn & Suites

Room was clean and large. Bed was very comfortable. Only problem was that when we arrived, we were given the wrong type of room. I booked two queens and was given a king room. Because of how we were traveling, I needed the two queen beds and when I asked the front desk, I was told it could not be changed because they had decided to give that room to somebody else. Not quite sure why they would think that was appropriate to do so after I paid for the other room. They just assumed that I could make due with a king because somebody else had kids and needed the other bed. It must’ve never dawned on them that I had two people that needed two separate beds. I was told that there was nothing they could do even though I showed them that I paid for two queens. They basically said sorry can’t help you. Weird and slightly unprofessional

I have atayed at thos hotel a few weeks ago for Business and this time noise in the hallway, rooms amd parking lot too. The room is great fro a family of 3. It os lpcated close to various restaurant and the Quail Spring Mall.

Visiting town for funeral service. Conveniently located close expressways, food establishments and to family. Maintenance of common areas not maintained clean at all times however the rooms were well kept. Elevator floor was dirty most of our stay and lobby floor had clay footprints. Breakfast was sufficient but not excellent. Overall, it was a good stay and met our travel purposes.

Property was okay however, I had a 3 night stay ended up turning to a one night stay due to a family emergency I was charged for all 3 nights. I’m still waiting on a refund and a response from the manager.

The place was very clean and kid friendly for my family. The breakfast was okay, BUT Free. Overall is was pleasant. We had one room with no trash can

The entire lobby and most of the hallways reeked of marijuana. The cleaning staff smelled like they had bathed in it. We had two rooms. Spiders in one of them with our newborn & 2 year old. Hairs all over our bathroom at check in. Beds are literally like a rock. We were all aching after one night. We stayed here numerous days. It was consistently the same low quality. One day we returned with our room open.

In the nicest way possible.. absolutely pathletic. There was hair in the sheets, poop streaks in the toilet bowl was dirty. The pool area was constantly dirty with clothes and towels everywhere so my family and I didn’t go down there. There was wallpaper legit falling all the wall as you walk through the door. We had no cable television and we asked for help and was just told to reset it and we went back to our room and tried with no success we called the service desk and they told us to just to do the same thing again. The shower drain in our room was also broke and sitting in the middle of the floor. There was dust absolutely everywhere you look. I’ll make sure me and none of my people come through here again.

Stayed at this property for a family event. The king room was updated and clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location. The breakfast was ok but not as good as other BW hotels we have stayed. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Overall it was a nice stay.

The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The room we were in was newly renovated and nice

Breakfast was good, staff was super nice, and if you have kids the indoor pool was great and right next door is a bowling/arcade.
