We chose this hotel because we stayed there several years ago and it was great. This time the a/c didn't seem like it was working right. It cooled, but the room stayed very humid. There were ants all over the window sill, and where there was obvious maintenance done (re-caulking, sealing, etc.) it looked like one of my kids did the repairs. The bathtub had rust spots underneath the fixtures. We stayed for 3 days and the breakfast was the same each day - pre-made egg patties, sausage patties, a waffle maker, plain bagels, white bread, and a couple other things. The staff was fairly friendly, but if there are other options on my next visit, I won't be staying here.

When we went to our room nothing was done. No sheets. No towels & the pool wasn’t available for my kids. So we didn’t stay & I am now still waiting for my refund to my account.

My room was just a few doors down from the pool. You could here kids screaming and people talking at the pool. It was very loud. There was a lot of stomping and banging noises coming from the floor above me all night. The beds were not the most comfortable I've slept in but not terrible either. The bathtub was kind of old and had stains on it. I probably wouldn't pick this hotel again if I went back.

At checkin the first room was dirty and smelled so bad of cigarettes my kids couldn’t take it. The second room they game had another guest in it and when I went to inform the front desk she told me no the lock sometimes get locked and went and tried to open it and there was someone in it! After finally getting out rooms situated (I had 2) on the second night it was loud and another guest was screaming all night. Not so family friendly. They also ran out of stuff at breakfast so go early if you want any of that.

The property accepted pets. I complained about barking dogs and children jumping off beds for hours!

I found it unique they had a little mini (3 holes nothing big or major) golf pad for kids or adults. They didn’t even advertise that part. The pool and hot tub was really nice

The breakfast options need more. Toast. Boiled eggs. Didn’t see hot sauce or salsa or ketchup. Also turkey bacon or turkey sausage. Part of my party doesn’t eat pork. Breakfast attendant was super nice. Older black lady. Didn’t catch her name. Great job. Wayyyy too much clorin the hot tub. When bubbles turned on you can see the chemicals. So much so it burned our eyes and noses and had to get out. Y’all might want to check the levels. Lord of clean towels. That’s good. We were on first floor. People above had loud rowdy kids and we reported twice to the front desk. The desk and manager handled each time. Thank you! The noise was annoying but not hotel’s fault. Thank you for handling so well!

We stayed for one night. I have two small kids who were very much looking forward to the indoor pool. Check-in was great, they had ample parking and an available luggage cart. When we arrived up to the room, we were immediately hit with a musty, stale pet smell. The carpet was moist and the bedding and overall appearance of the hotel is quite dated. The bathroom was so small only one of us could be in it at a time. Though they didn't have enough towels in the room, we found they were easy to acquire at the front desk. When we went down to the pool, the lighting was poor and the water was murky. We didn't spend long down there because it wasn't clean and I didn't feel comfortable with my kids being in that water. Continental breakfast was okay - very limited options and a broken waffle machine. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Check in. Girl sent us to door on other side property- got all luggage out and had no elevator there - only at desk. So went in, walked to desk to elevator. Her face was oh crap-I forgot you would have luggage….. Went to third floor- walked down to end room, walked in and not clean. Called desk on the desk phone. Said have 1 person come down and get another room on 3. Went down to desk, got us room on 2 on other side of hotel…… Pool - dirty towels all over. 2 women at desk- 1 white doing work-kind of, other not white- not doing much (? Manager or not- but place should be clean, should know their clean rooms) Pool so so so cold even “littler” kids wouldn’t go in. Only ice downstairs in lobby-not on every floor Rooms need TLC- corner in bathroom rotted
