Love my quiet get-away! Thank you for everything. Even to putting me in a room away from families. It’s the little things that made my time memorable.

The property is in need of updating. They are using some cleaning with horrid perfume smell. It gives me a migraine. I’m glad they gave their staff the holiday off but we ran out of coffee in the room and couldn’t even get it from Lobby. They found at least offer a couple amenities since their staff was on holiday. Used to love this place and they were accommodating when we checked in but was downhill from there. I have always chosen this hotel because they had the most comfortable beds but this bed was not. The perfume and lack of amenities due to holiday was disappointing. They could have at least offered coffee for lack of housekeeping. Sadly disappointed. Will choose other accommodation next time. And we are there frequently due to family there.

So, despite the description, breakfast is not included. It does cost extra. Also, they cut back on housekeeping services, so don't expect to have your room cleaned, trash removed, cups resupplied, or the in-room coffee supplies restocked unless you request it the day before. I had to keep going down to the lobby for cups and supplies for the in-room coffee maker, which was a hassle. Also, the pool was out of commission during our time there. The kids were looking forward to playing in the pool during our stay, but that didn't happen. On the positive side, there are lots of restaurants nearby, good access to the highway, and the hotel was in good shape. I think I'll find another hotel to stay at next time I'm in the area, but it was fine overall

The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was nice. Each time we came down for breakfast though, they were either out of coffee or silverware or food. There was also a broken treadmill in the weight room and the water dispenser did not work either. Overall my family and I were not very satisfied with this property and will likely not stay again.
