Staybridge Suites Oklahoma City-Quail Springs, an IHG Hotel

We were very pleased with our stay! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was so spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The kids loved that they had their own room and bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful! The buffet breakfast had so many options! We will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel is amazing! It is clean and has Dove skin care products! It’s so fresh in here and near all of the fun in North OKC! The beds are comfy and the air works well!! The kitchen is spacious and clean as well. A comfy one night stay for my family of 6!

Great place for our family to stay on a road trip. Close to major roads, but still quiet.

I had prepaid for this thru Expedia. It was rated highly so I decided to choose this hotel. First of all, I had my 2 daughters with me and 3 babies. Our room was on the fourth floor. After we checked in, we realized the elevator was broken. They had signs taped to the elevator, saying they would not give any refunds due to this inconvenience. We could use the stairs or wait for someone to manually hold the buttons to get us to the floor we needed up and down. I would call down to the front desk and let them know that we would be coming down and to have someone available to let us down. There were times that we would sit for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come up with the elevator. Mind you I have 3 babies in car seats so walking up and down 4 flights of stairs is very difficult. Also, our room had cockroaches I saw at least 6 during our trip. In the middle of the night laying in bed with my grandson one was on top of him. I did notice they had traps all throughout the hotel. Our room was next to the stairway. With everyone using the stairway to go up and down, the door would slam all hours of the night and people walking up and down the stairs it was very loud. We were unable to be moved since this was the only room available. Another reason we picked this hotel was for the Buffet breakfast. It was terrible. The food was soggy and cold and you could tell it had been sitting for a while. I will definitely not choose this hotel ever again. Very disappointed.

Staybridge Quail Springs was an excellent place to stay. Rooms were clean, secure and had enough beds for our family!

Great Property, Location, Breakfast & plenty of room for our family of 5.

Not only is this a well maintained property. The Staff is fantastic. They made us feel welcomed and like we were part of a family at home. They greeted us especially my daughters every time we returned from an outing. My daughters loved this. I do have to say great job to Jeanine. From day 1 to day 14 she was friendly, professional and help.

For 3 adults and 2 kids great layout. Staff was awesome and found us a last minute room when the hotel we booked the night before was for a hotel not open.

The place was wonderful! It fully accommodated my little family of 5 very well and I loved the separate rooms with both king size beds and bathrooms so no fighting over one bathroom. It was very clean and spacious for my little ones to wonder from room to room and the staff was very pleasant and helpful when needed as well!
