Had a nice stay. Only problem was that the booking site shows that there is a pool but did not show anywhere that it was closed for the season. Not the end of the world but definitely had some disappointed kids:/

Shower curtain had brown stuff on it and shower itself had not been cleaned, it was obvious. Dark brown stains on corner of all walls. Blood red stain on carpet. The fridge didn’t work well. The breakfast made my family sick and I’m guessing it’s because things that need to be refrigerated were sitting out. Definitely not the worst hotel I’ve been in but don’t pay regular price. Just being honest!

I reserved a room for 3 adults and 2 kids. My room said that it would sleep 5 people. When I got there it was only room for 4. I immediately went to the front desk and told them. I did not get a response for several hours about it. And when I did, I was told that a fifth person could sleep on a couch. And that would be all great if there was a couch in the room, they refused to move rooms. They also said they had no cots . I ended up leaving the hotel at 10 PM with all the kids and going to another hotel. They could not even give me a paper saying that my money is going to be refunded.

The beds are the most comfortable ones I have ever stayed on. The gentleman and the lady at the front desk that we felt with were both very friendly. We enjoyed the lobby while doing some graduation stuff with family. Will definitely stay there again. We just with the pool opened before Memorial Day.

The staff was accommodating. If i had to stop overnight for a sleep I wouldn’t mind but I wouldn’t pick it as my hotel for vacation again. Blankets were stained, carpet was stained and dirty. I had my 3 kids and they couldn’t play on the floor bc it was to dirty.

Front desk guy was grumpy. We called to see if they had a pool. He said yes. My kids were excited but when we got there he said ya we have a pool but it’s outside and closed. Would of been nice to share the first time we called. Not a huge deal but not cool either

Checked in and there was only one towel in our room and no sheets/blankets/pillows for pull out bed. Went to front desk to ask for more towels, etc but they only gave us two and we’re out of pillows. Also the pillows on the bed were awful - tiny and not comfortable. We booked for the outdoor pool but a girl stubbed her toe on a broken tile so they shut the whole pool down instead of just blocking off that area. Totally sucked for our kids. Overall the place is nice and clean.

When I booked my stay, I thought there was a pull out couch. When we checked in there was not. I was traveling with two children so we had to share a king bed which wasn’t the most ideal. The room was very humid and the air conditioner was pretty loud. The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be repaired. The hotel was pretty quiet so that was a positive and it was easy access and in a good location. Breakfast was below average and pretty disappointing. I had to stay in Broken Arrow a second night but decided to book a room at a different hotel.
