The ac didn't wirk in the room. We had a child that was already asleep and didn't want have to move rooms. The ac should have been check by cleaning supervisor before approveing the room. Also you should tell people that you are goung to hold 50 per room before renting them i am still waiting on my money to be returned.

BED BUGS and DIRTY PILLOWS! Stay away especially if you have little ones. Bed bug bites on my face, neck, back, chest. We only stayed 1 night and didn't realize until we were packing up to leave the next morning that one of the pillows had blood stains all over it. We checked ourselves for any cuts or blood... nothing. Will never rebook with this hotel due to uncleanliness. Customer service was great though, their front desk is wonderful. Breakfast was decent.
