Great stay ! Safe property in middle of town wonderful breakfast and friendly staff very pleased would stay again . Went for family shower with all girls and were very satisfied

Everyone was courteous, breakfast was excellent, Cleanliness was pretty good. Some trash in grounds. We chose this motel because of the indoor pool. However the pool was out if service when we got there, This was not noted on the website. I noted that it should have been! She said the pool had been out for over two years! I said well that absolutely should have been on the website! So we had to take the kids clear across town to the City pool!

I wish they would let you know when you book that their pool and hot tub are out of service. The only reason we chose to stay was to let the kids swim then when we got there at check in they told us pool and hot tub were unavailable.

We recently had a short two night stay in Altus to visit family and decided to stay at the Hampton. Two adults, one kid. First, at check in, I requested an extra blanket and was told there were none. The Hotel was almost fully booked and they had already given out the extras. Totally understandable. Next, the bathroom was not really clean and we found two bugs. Again, its cool. We are in a hotel next to a field, bugs are bound to enter. Then the TV cable was not working. No signal. Still I didn't make a fuss, we were not planning on being in the room much. Then we had to get the keys reprogrammed because they were not working THEN, The room air felt stuffy so I decided to check the air filters of our AC unit. IT. WAS. CAKED. IN. DUST. (see photo) How the heck was any air supposed to circulate through THAT? I kindly asked the lady at the front desk of she could get someone to vacuum the dust off. She informed me that she would tell maintenance. We left for the day only to return to a room that was not even serviced and filters that were never even touched. NOTHING was done. We stayed on the first floor. Super early Sunday morning did not get much sleep, due to the guest on the above floor walking around in their room for what seemed like hours. We could hear EVERY. SINGLE. STEP. They should have better soundproofed this place when they built it. last. . . the POOL IS CLOSED and has been for over a year and a half. Never again Hampton of Altus. NEVER. AGAIN.
