The staff in general wore all very nice professional & kind they made you feel like your visitting your family. The only bad thing was the pool was green but everything else was clean & the staff housekeepers & front desk are always ready to assist welcoming every time i walk in. Location was good. Needs updating. Refrigerator and microwave are not standard amenities. I have a toddler and needed to get a cooler to keep his milk and snacks.

We checked in around 3:30. Left to go visit with family. Got back to the hotel about 8:00 wanting to finish watching college football and, the tv did not work. The maintenance guy came in our room 5 times in an attempt to fix it. He was unable to and, at 9:30 offered to relocate us to another room. I also woke up with bites all over my arms. I’m still waiting on a call from the manager, Holly.

I reserved 2 double Queen nonsmoking rooms with children on the reservation. Upon check in, I was given a King room with a pullout bed in the sofa and a SMOKING double queen bed. A smoking room with a child in the room? You’re kidding me right? Management claimed that I did not book 2 double Queen rooms even though my reservation clearly shows that I did. I used to stay in Hampton’s for my work trips however after this being another disappointing stay I will be finding elsewhere to stay. Tabetha was kind and helpful as she could be.

They cleaned up the room for us after my son had a nosebleed in the middle of the night. Which was nice. Unfortunately, there was mouse poop in our bathroom. When I told the front desk they laughed and kind of dismissed me. And one of the breakfast staff was very focused on one of my children and even grabbed him by the arm at one point. It made us uncomfortable.

Unfortunately the room was in poor conditions. Then to top it off there was bed bugs in our room and our infants woke up with bite marks on her body.
