Day 9 of a 12 day family road trip. We booked this room specifically because it had 2 queens and and pull out couch. Which it did. But after staying there my kids, wife and I agreed we would have been better off staying somewhere else. The hotel was a little rundown, poor repair work. The microwave did not have a an outlet to be plugged in at. The worst part was the room smelt horrible like bad mildew or mold. The next day we stayed in a Comfort Suites and we decided that will be our move going forward.

Kids were playing on the elevator. Pushing all of the buttons and getting the floor soaking wet. Doing this over and over. There were children running through the halls at all hours of the night screaming. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. There was trash still on the floor from the people before. The breakfast was horrible and the sausage tasted sour. Not at all happy and will think twice before staying at a Best Western again.

We stopped on a family road trip. The room was clean and comfy. There were small things that really made it great. For example, the pillows were good quality, much better than I expected for the price. We will definitely stay here again on another road trip.
