Best Western Plus Wooster Hotel & Conference Center

The hotel it self was a great location close to restaurants, little bit of shopping and few things to do. Most of ALL the Hotel Staff were amazing!!! We visited the hotel do to a wedding. We were there with at least 50 people and the Morning Service from Elisa was Everything she was very welcoming and made sure we were well fed. The check in staff were very nice and always made sure we had complimentary bottle of water for my family. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. It was VERY clean, and the cleaning service were also polite and good. Thank you so much!!

The personnel was amazing . They made us feel like family. Our breakfast and check in gals made out trip! We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Wooster.

This is a must stay full service long time family run place! You will probably see the owner making sure details are covered. The General Manager Teresa deserves a pay raise. She went more than above and beyond. One day she was running breakfast because of her caring for her employees and their families. Not just one day… every day. I can’t wait to come back! Thanks again, teresa and her staff!

Carol at the front desk was very nice. No one else was overly interested in speaking to us. Even the morning we left, I walked past three employees who were talking about another employee that wasn't there and I dropped our room keys in the container directly in front of one of them and she didn't even look up let alone ask how we were or did we enjoy our stay or even thank you staying. Pros - The place was clean. The room was clean. Carol was great. Cons- Elevator is very old, slow and small. Mattress is horribly uncomfortable, we had to go and buy an egg crate mattress topper to make it tolerable. Breakfast meh. Also wasn't acknowledged or spoken to walking in or out of that area. They were busy talking very loudly about their family issues, while people were attempting to get food. All in all the property is fine. The area is a little lack luster but we felt safe enough. It would seem that nearly all employees with the exception of Carol at the front desk, could use some training on customer service and acceptable conversation topics in front of customers.
