I needed a half way point between Wisconsin and New York. This hotel was perfectly appointed. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and very spacious. Apparently, there was a bus full of college kids there, but I didn't hear them. Breakfast was much appreciated as there were no fast food places close by.

Everything was great. Room was clean and nice. The staff was amazing. Very kind to the kids and I. Very professional and friendly. Appreciate them so much! We had a great time. Housekeeping was also very friendly in the morning.

I am shocked in 2024 how a hotel would not have USB ports in the room. Today’s age almost all families have phones and tablets. I had 2 separate rooms and no (zero) USB charging ports in either room.

I last stayed here about 2 1/2 years ago....My suspicions are that ownership has changed because standards have declined. Dirty floors, questionable cleanliness of bathroom shower/tub....desk clerks are not hospitality service industry trained. Something was definitely different and not of the quality that my family was accustomed to with Holiday Inn Express.

outline of someone's toothbrush and tooth paste left on the sink....disgusting. front desk more interested in playing with a child. the shower head had to be hand held and could not stay in a stationary. previous guests personal notes were left in the room. wondered if the sheets had actually been changed. Not much else for hotels in the area so we stayed after my wife cleaned the bathroom sink.

I really wish rural hotels would not show FoxNews, OAN, or any other right wing propaganda in any capacity. It is not a good source of any helpful information - it's all agenda-driven hogwash that has ruined my family members and their ability to critically think. Find other content to show in your common areas, thanks!

I was injured by the rusty door in the pool room when I went to the front desk they had 2 first aide kits both only had purell abs bands aides. I asked to fill out an incident report which they did not have. I called the 1-800 they gave me an incident report. They gave me a number. No one has bothered to call me. I have called numerous times to speak to managers. They always say they will call me back. What if this happened toa kid?! No first aide?! Highly disappointed in the management!

Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was good. Room only had towels for 3 people we had 4. Staff gave us another set. Grandkids really enjoyed it.

Our family uses this hotel is our base meeting point for our annual family reunion. The hotel staff is very friendly will be back next year
