Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wauseon, an IHG Hotel

The faucet in the bathroom needs repair. It’s very difficult to get decent water pressure. The faucet is stiff as it’s being held together with a screw that sticks out. The toilet is a disaster. I had to open the tank top to stop it from from running and the hose that fills the water shot up and sprayed me and the bathroom. The plunger is completely loose and doesn’t fall Into place which causes the water to keep running and it can’t be flushed then because the water never fills up the tank. Each time the toilet is used you need to stick your hand in there to fix it. The worst problem was from 2:30 to 3:15 in the morning there adults and children pounding the floor - the kids must have been jumping off beds. Everyone was talking , screaming , laughing ....... and they were right above us. Not the hotels fault. I had to find the phone number for the hotel on line because the phone in the room didn’t work so I could call the front desk to complain. I reached him and he did immediately go up (and I went too) and he could hear all the racket so he knocked on the door and told them they needed to quiet down and they did. So it was quite the unrestful night.
