My family’s stay in Residence Inn by Marriot was good. They didn’t clean our room for five days due to Covid in which understandable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Jacuzzi, swimming pool and free breakfast is always a plus.

Staff were phenomenal! Hotel was beautiful and clean. Only the pull out couch smelled of mildew pretty terrible, so the kids slept on the floor instead. Definitely will stay again, however will get a room with two beds or two separate rooms. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

We stopped at this hotel to spend the night as we travelled home to North Carolina from Canada. My teenaged daughter woke up that night with the stomach flu so we ended up staying an extra day and night - and I couldn't have asked for a more accommodating place to spend the time. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, directed me to a nearby drugstore, made sure I had an umbrella when I went out, asked me how my daughter was feeling. The room was a studio with a full kitchen and living room area - it was great to have the extra space and it was very clean and up to date. The hotel area is sort of upscale suburban/retail and there were quite a few restaurants in the area though I did not travel far from the hotel (there was a chipotle and tom+cheek very close by). There is a large and welcoming lobby/lounge area with fireplace and tvs and the breakfast had a decent range of hot and cold foods. There were a number of family groups staying there at the time and they seemed to be enjoying the pool. One of these families was visiting all the sights in Cincinnati so the hotel is apparently well placed for getting into the city without paying downtown prices. I felt very lucky to have come by this hotel - it was my first stay at a Residence Inn and I will definitely try others.

We went away from home for the weekend with kids and the dog. We have never taken our dog before because we didn't think we could find a nice hotel that accepts dogs. This hotel was great!! Very nice. The people were so friendly! The only complaint I have is the furniture was worn. That's it everything else was great!!!
