The hotel was very well maintained. I tip my hat to the staff for being very courteous and professional. I had a situation where the room above had young kids that constantly made stomping noises throughout our stay. The staff lowered our rate for the room and made every attempt to accommodate us. I will continue to use this hotel when needed! There awesome!

Amazing hotel! Friendly staff! Room was nice and bed was comfortable! The pool was chilly but my kiddo didn't care! Close to Cincinnati children's hospital which is why we were there!

The staff was wonderful. We had a suite because we had three children with us. We had planned to use the pull out couch but when we opened it reeked of urine. There were no clean linens left in the room. It was very late but the staff responded. We used the couch unopened. It was clean. We also had to call for toilet paper and coffee.

I was super impressed when the person working the front desk asked about the baseball game as she remembered from our check in conversation. I eish I knew her name but all the staff was friendly...enjoyed conversation in elevator with man who was collecting garage. He works hard like my husband & appreciated his friendliness after thanking him for his efforts. We enjoyed the room & stay & appreciate the many wonderful & hard working people who could make this family trip so enjoyable!

Requested connecting rooms and was told when we checked in the rooms connected. When we got up to room, they were next to each other but not connected. Went back down to front desk to switch to connecting rooms and was told they didn't have anything else. Hotel was obviously not sold out, and was an inconvenience to hotel to switch my rooms to connecting. I wasnt given any other options from Hotel staff other then what I was provided. The hotel was nice and clean but I would not stay again with my children without a connecting room.
