Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati/West Chester

Came for family visit. Room was nice and large. Beds were comfy! Breakfast was good and hot! Location was convenient also.

Fabulous stay. The room was perfect for a suite with a living room area separated by a door from the bedroom. The common area for breakfast was wonderful, very modern and updated with lots of light. My kids loved the pool.

I told the overnight crew that 212 was smoking. They said let me ask the manager and i will call you back. They never called back. 1 hour later i still smell heavy cigarette smoke which causes Cancer. Asked them face to face and their only response is we are short staff and theres nothing we can do. When i use to come there was only one Caucasian male at the desk. But now there is one female & two males & they think they are short staffed. Which has nothing to do with my non smoking room having heavy smoke in it. Before that i started out asking for a remote control battery since the previous customer or two took one of the 2 batteries out of the remote control. This place is going downhill and i paid $200/night just to have a horrible experience and for my non smoking room to be filled with Guaranteed Cancer causing Cigarette smoke! Rookie staff not stopping the violators in room 212 from smoking is why i can't come back here no more. Plus the ceiling fan remote control look like it had fruit punch all over it. Crayon marking all over walls and lamps. TV is too small for a $200/night room & in a awkward position. The sofa look like kids waste their meal on it and it haven't been cleaned in years. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Not again

It was very clean and we loved the room! It was perfect for our mini family vacation to sleep, swim, and play board games!

Very dissapointed. High hopes. Glad i sanitized before my family came up. No bags for the ice bucket. The pull out mattress cover looked like it hadnt been washed in ages. Brown stains. Something sticky on it. It was gross. Lucky i found some sheets sealed in a bag im the closet. Moved the couch cause my son dropped his phone and what do i find! Half a cigar. There was 2 beer cans behind a dresser. Called front desk to come get them. No dishes. Then found them in the dishwasher with water in a glass that looked like it had been run days ago. Dirty tub dirty sinks jus dirty!!!! But when you first come to the room it has a sticker on the door that is sealed and says this room has been cleaned!!! Yea right. Glad i sprayed microban all over everything before i let my family in. I had 4 kids with me. Just smh its sad.

The staff was wonderful. The pool was overcrowded because of a family reunion was being hosted there. Other than that, nice hotel with a good breakfast!
