The entire stay was amazing. A friendly lady checked us in and offered a wonderful welcome. The man that worked nightshift was rude to us and told us we couldn’t be “loud” in the lobby. We tried to play some board games with the kids that were laughing but he was not having it. The ladies the next morning were so kind to my child that had a birthday. The hotel was clean, breakfast was awesome. Besides the man in the evening everyone was very very very friendly.

Staff was fantastic! Always prompt to respond, courteous, and checked in periodically to see how they could make our stay better. The pullout bed was a virtual no-go (not our plan, but with two kids, someone had to sleep on the pullout) as there was no padding and left us with a stiff back in the morning. Outside of the pullout, the pillows inside the cases were very yellow and the toilet seat did not fit the toilet.

We came for a competition. The pull out bed was terrible. It was flat, to the point you could feel the bars beneath it. The door to the bathroom was broken. The whole suite smelled like stale smoke. We found dirty socks in the pull out too. Prepare to get two beds or two rooms for a family of four. They only had a king left so that stuck us with the pull out, which normally would be fine. This was pretty awful for the amount we paid.

The check in was seamless and the room is great for a family.

The staff is kind and welcoming. The room was clean the best of anyones ability. There was insane noise like construction through out the night… and it is clear the people that stay here are on a clear path to destroy this place.. massive stains and broken picture frames all around. The only people we say were familes with lots of kids which may account for all the carpet and furniture stains, but I witnessed some hammered drunk boomers barrel into the elevator as we were headed to our room. That might explain all the broken thing… "Steve" and "Karen" can’t handle their liquor. And lastly the cigarette butts everywhere… yall gotta quit smoking, those things will kill you. Otherwise, nice staff… I like Home 2 Suites, but just know this one is less corporate traveller and more of a party house.

We had a very good stay here. Clean. So clean. I used to own a motel and clean them so I know what is clean. The bed was ever so comfortable. This room was big enough for myself and grandkids. Loved the pool

This place has gone downhill big time. We've stayed here 3 years in a row. This year we saw a marked decline in the overall upkeep of the property. Our room itself had a giant burn in the carpet. The toilet wouldn't fill properly so it ran constantly. We were told there was no maintenance on the weekend so our only option was to switch to a smaller room with no monetary compensation. Thankfully my husband was able to fix it. The pool heater was broken so the water was freezing. My 4 year old could only swim for about 5 minutes before turning blue. 2 out of 3 nights we were there, the entire fuse system in our room blew, leaving us in the dark & scaring our kid. Thank goodness for phones with flashlights so we could trip our own breaker (again, no maintenance available.) I overheard multiple conversations at the front desk about various issues from other guests as well. It's disappointing that our go-to hotel in the area is no longer an option for us.
