Holiday Inn Cincinnati Liberty Way, an IHG Hotel

The room was not clean; the large desk table under the tv was very dusty and the chair had dirty and dust along the cushion and rails. The front desk clerk was not friendly at check in and at check out the same clerk ignored me as next in line to check out to process a transaction with a family who walked up after I was already waiting. Not appreciated and I will not stay at this location again.

My husband, daughter and I went to west Chester Ohio to visit my family. We decided to book a hotel at Holiday Inn and it was good. The front staffs were very friendly and helpful, the room is nice and clean. Big pool and has gym. If we ever come back to Ohio we would book it again. Thank you Holiday Inn for your hospitality.

Breakfast was not included. Seemed like 1 or 2 people were basically running the whole hotel. Main lobby smelled like someone had gone crazy with a bottle of cologne. None of the back doors locked at all. Anyone could have wandered in at at point. The bathtub / shower in the room looked like it was from a few decades ago. Half the TV channels were not available. No local channels! Nothing in the Disney, ESPN network. I had to stream the local news. The hotel was very convenient and through Expedia was nearly $50 less per night than other hotels one would expect to be comparable (Hampton Inn, Tru by Hilton…). It was perfectly adequate for my needs over the weekend, but certainly not a hotel I would recommend to friends or family.

The air conditioner kids on whenever it feels like. The controls were broken. Every single control. It was either ice cold or burning up and no in between. And there’s no microwave in the room! In any Room. They expect you to go to the lobby to microwave your food. I’m a single parent traveling alone with my toddler. I can’t eat until he goes to bed so it’s not like I can leave him alone too warm my food up. This is unacceptable.

Bedding was nice, very clean, super friendly staff and pleasantly surprised to learn that kids eat breakfast for free!

Not happy breakfast was 8.95 same breakfast at Hampton that is free. Shower was terrible no pressure at all pool was closed bar was closed nothing fir kids to do or parents to relax and visit

Property is closed to everything BUT pool was not open due to they did not have a permit for it, restaurant and bar was not open. I stayed there for two nights in a double queen with my two young boys. Woke up at 2am to the sprinkler system leaking on our bed. Staff was able to move us to a King bed. When asked what they could due because of waking up to the leak, moving my kids and stuff in middle of night, having no pool to swim in while it was raining and windy even through they say they do, and having to drink to get dinner because their restaurant was not open at all, they offered a free 12.99 breakfast for me and the kids even through kids were free and 5000 holiday in points and gets you nothing. I’ll never stay again!!!!! :( Very upsetting!!!!! They could have at least gave me a free night for the issues.

Favorite overnight spot when traveling to visit family. Clean, quiet location, pretty grounds, neat little pub on site, good breakfast.
