everything even the pool and cleanness was great comfortable room . friendly service . then at 10:25 after getting 2 very tired, little children to sleep the people above us. , was either jumping off the beds repeatedly and beating on the walls- floor who knows there were times our room actually shook. this went on till well after 1;30am .thankfully I have a white noise app and so did my Grandaughter we had them on high volume all night so babies could sleep. I guess a Fri night stay. is not a good thing.

As a family of 6, the room we had comfortably slept all of us. During our stay the elevator broke down, but it was fixed the following day. Overall hotel was very nice.

I couldn’t have been more impressed with this hotel! I always avoided it because my family lives mainly in Springfield, but I am glad I decided to book this place. I will be staying here from now on. Breakfast was really good. The room was super spacious and comfortable. Quiet at night. Slept great. There’s even a bar which I hope to finally enjoy next time.

Very nice hotel! Clean! Great breakfast! However, the hotel did not seem to be very full, yet we had a family with 3 little children next to us. They were extremely loud, pounding, banging, jumping, slamming doors and dresser drawers, and screaming until after midnight. Would have preferred if the hotels might book rooms with kids perhaps between empty rooms when the hotel is not full.

Fine mid-range hotel and likely the best available in the county (everything is relative). Nice room and amenities, better than expected breakfast, and a fully functional bar in the evening. Downers: 1) No ID check for a new key card. Highly unsafe. 2) The exercise room equipment doesn't work. 3) It is less of a pool and more of a child containment unit.

Very friendly and helpful staff Heather was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Very clean property and comfortable room. We will stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area. They made us feel welcome and like family while we were there.

The first day the pool was closed, there was no decaf available, the lounge was closed. Then we had an issue where the remote wouldn’t communicate with the TV, and instead of someone coming up to fix it they told us to unplug it and plug it in again. It still didn’t work, I had to Google search and figure out how to fix it myself. When they finally opened the pool the next day, my kids didn’t want to swim in it because the water looked murky. They tried it and my son said it was very salty. They only gave us enough caffeinated coffee in the room for one day. And the desk said they were all out of regular. The biscuits at breakfast the first day were like hockey pucks. I was afraid it would break my teeth. The young men that manned the desk the first night seemed clueless about anything. And I guess that’s why the lounge was closed, they weren’t old enough to serve alcohol. The refrigerator in our room is also not cold.
