Comfort Suites

I honestly can’t say that I’d recommend this hotel to friends or family!! My first impression was of the lobby which was nice and clean but that quickly changed. We arrived around 9pm and the male at the customer service desk wasn’t the most friendly. at checking us in he answered the phone and was talking to someone that MAY have been a manager. They were discussing a guest that (from what I could understand) was taken by life squad and was somehow injured while staying there, the front desk employee was clear when he was speaking to the manager and he “repeated” so still charge them… okay I don’t know the circumstances but as a guest if I were injured while in your facility I’d hope you would show some compassion. 2) upon entering the room we noticed that the bedframe was metal and had a metal surrounding barrier. This bed was super noisy even with casual rolling around/climbing on the bed. A couple time the noise was enough to wake me. 3) the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and my better half and I observed hair in the tub and in the shower curtain. 4) the ice machine room was dark and dingy, not somewhere I’d want to have my girlfriend get ice in the middle of the night. 5)the toilet in the room was EXTREMELY small and in all the bathroom was cramped. 6) the noise being made by other guests in the hotel was horrible, seemed as though they allowed parties to occur in the rooms. 7) the room we rented had a small kitchenette, the cold water didn’t work and was leaking

Walls are super thin!! Lots of kids next to us that stayed up til 1 am. Breakfast was hot and very tasty!! Staff was friendly and courteous. Heat/air unit was a little tricky but it worked.

The hotel as a whole was VERY dirty. Our room was worse. The bed linens were so bad we had to go purchase our own sheets at Meijer. The staff couldnt offer another room due to being full. We could not find another room anywhere. They were all booked im assuming for the same reason we was there, the dayton air show. Bathroom was probably not cleaned in a few weeks. The large full length mirror had what appeard to be childrens fingerprints and food smears half way up from the bottom. The headboards were very greasy where people had propped them selves up and leaned their heads back. We also bought our own cleaning supply to clean the room because there was no way i could sleep there otherwise. The entire hotel smelled STRONGLY of Marijuana. There were a couple homeless couples sleeping in the parking lot/grassy area. And to top it all off there was constant yelling, loud banging noises, and someone kept trying to ipen our door but we had the extra security lock in place

In town visiting family and hotel was close to their homes. Loved that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Hotel was up to date with rooms and clean, however there were some ants on the air conditioning unit.

The hotel lobby was very inviting. A full breakfast was available until 10 for free. I was pleasantly surprised with the room at the price I paid. There was lots of room and even had a microwave, refrig and sink with a small table for an eating area. The beds were comfortable and clean. I was very pleased with the hotel especially with the price. Grand kids loved the pool I liked that it had steps into it for the younger ones. Will definitely use this hotel again.
