I am horrified by how gross this building is. The exterior and interior lobby aside (both in disrepair) the first thing we see upon opening the room door is questionable dried substances dropped down the wall. Build up dirt and grime at light switches. Peeling wall paper, odd smells. I can't even begin to process the smells of the bedding or the thickly gross feel under your feet as we walk on the carpet. Our children are completely stressed out and our son is having a total panic attack about how creepy the place is. We paid over $150 a room and for the quality, we shouldn't have paid a penny over $60.

Very disappointed. Hotel not as described/pictured. Room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Whole building is run down. I get that construction sometimes is unavoidable but all foot traffic is routed through the side door and literally anybody could enter undetected. I was very uncomfortable staying the night here with my infant, passing through town. Thank god I had my own pack n play with me, just in case because the one they provided me with was stained and ripped with a huge hole in the bottom. Absolutely unsafe and disgusting.

Broken tiles dead batteries in the tv remote, in room hot tub was the loudest I have ever heard, kids stomping around in the room above me till 3am, then again at 7am. I was really glad I only stayed one night.
