Comfort Suites

The hotel was booked solid Jul 19 2024 with a soccer team/teams. The kids partied all night- up and down hallways, etc. chaperones did nothing, hotel did nothing.

Clean property and great staff, would recommend anyone that is visiting or just passing through. This will be our go-to hotel when in town to visit family from now on. Room was clean and smelled welcoming, breakfast is served daily and has plenty of options for adults and kids, nights are quiet and clean.

Our stay was wonderful! Very friendly staff and clean rooms with all the amenities needed. Breakfast was beyond our expectations. We will stay again when visiting family and friends. Highly recommend!

Lots of children mad noise up stairs

I would recommend the Comfort Suites to anyone! My family enjoyed our one night stay very much so. The rooms were spacious and quiet. We had plenty of space to relax. The hotel’s pool was great for my children to enjoy time playing and swimming. In order to gain entry to the pool, you had to check in with a member of the front desk who would open the pool area for you. This was done with each time by staff members with a smile on their face, a happy to do so attitude, and always a double check to make sure we had enough towels on hand for after swimming was done. The breakfast options at the hotel the next day were great, too. There was a wide variety of cereals, oatmeals, and pastries to choose from in addition to waffles, eggs, and sausage. The red velvet waffles were excellent! We also loved the 24/7 coffee maker outside the breakfast area in which you could choose from coffee, decaf, or espresso options. My children also loved the popcorn maker and bags of popcorn by the front desk. I would recommend the Comfort Suites to anyone looking for a stay in the Cleveland area.
