Everything including breakfast and hot tub was fantastic,just wish they could have had pool heated a little it was very cold dont know why brought it to there attention every day but after 6 days pool was still very cold the kids swam in it and said they were freezing i tried at least 5 or 6 different times to use pool was way to cold

The staff was very friendly. Grandkids loved the pool.

Older hotel being "remodeled" but that wasn't indicated when making the reservation. Our room was dirty - the floor wasn't vacuumed and the chair was gross and covered with food/crumbs. Pool was fun for the kids, but super chlorinated. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. I wouldn't stay here again when there is a newer motel across the street for the same price.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When we checked into our room, it was at 90°. The window was open and the screen was cut felt extremely unsafe talk to the front desk requested another room and we should have left. They did put us in a different room and we stay the night however the second room we were put in reeked of smoke, it was so dirty and smelled so bad. It was ridiculous! Against our better judgment we did stay that night, but immediately booked a different hotel for the following night. We were in town for a few days for our families Thanksgiving. Every year we have stayed at this hotel with no issues whatsoever but for some reason this year, something has slipped through the cracks because it was horrific. Hopefully you can turn this around and make this hotel a little better for your future customers!

Best hotel we stayed at in Ohio. We traveled to all 4 four corners of OH on a family trip and this hotel was leaps and bounds above the rest. Reasonable rates and FREE COOKIES!

We were in town to visit family & this was just what we needed - a good shower & clean bed. Nothing fancy. The hotel is currently doing some upgrading so that's a positive.

Overall: clean, quiet, well-kept, friendly and helpful staff, good location Breakfast: Great spread that included plenty of protein, carb options, drinks, fruits, yogurt, etc. Our kids loved the pool Only con: no elevator for this two-story building, which I found inconvenient as baggage had to be carried up and down stairs. So if you’re coming with bags, make sure to request a first-floor room!
