This location is conveniently located for my family needs. We moved out of town and I am glad I have a nice and clean hotel that I can visit when I have plans to see my relatives in Austintown.

This review is based off a stay last year. Location can’t be beat. I followed an old email to find the place to rent again, so…the pool was dirty, with little tumbleweeds of body hair floating around. Had to take kids right back upstairs and hose them off. Number 1 memory of the place. But we are still booking again because the kids can stay out of the pool because everything else was great.

Our overnight stay was great! The room was clean, roomy, comfortable, and had tons of storage for the three members of my family. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!

I wouldn’t mind spending weeks at this property. Central to everything, nice service, clean rooms and we got to keep our fur baby close

Definitely do not judge a book by it’s cover with this one. While everything looked extremely promising & nice on the surface, it only went downhill from there. The room was nice and beds were comfy, but our tv didn’t work, we were basically told to wiggle the cables or we’d have to pay for wifi (advertised as free) if we wanted enough internet speed to hotspot our phone to let the kids watch a show on their tablet in hopes of settling them down. And while there was basically a full kitchen, the walls were paper thin and we must have heard our neighbors microwave reminder ding in 10 second increments for at least 15 minutes straight while we were all essentially sitting in silence in the dark trying to get our youngest to sleep after a long day on the road. Our air conditioning didn’t even have a fan mode for white noise so we slept with it set on 65 to keep it on and drown out the beeping. We woke up thinking things might change. Went to retrieve the kid’s electronics from their charging cords only to learn that they were plugged into a non working electrical outlet. Once we made it down to breakfast around 8, we were faced with a dirty food buffet, filthy glasses, waffle machines and batter that hardly worked, stale bakery items, etc. They didn’t seem to attempt to remedy much of anything for us either. So I’m not sure why this place has such a high rating or why it sells out every night, but maybe just don’t stay on a Monday, or accept room 402 unless you want to risk it.

My family and I stayed here overnight at the halfway point of our trip. We were impressed by the size of the room as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel was fully booked the night of our stay, but our room was quiet and comfortable. Our kids loved splashing in the pool, although we were a little disappointed there wasn't a hot tub. Continental breakfast was great with many hot and cold options! The room also offered a full kitchen with dishes, etc which would be great for an extended stay. Our room was clean and fresh and very welcoming. Definitely a very nice experience and highly recommend!

Reserved 2 rooms for a family weekend. One room was everything you would have expected from the website. The second room was terrible. Broken blinds in the bedroom, a couch that had been destroyed by a previous resident cat, a broken dishwasher, a sticky floor and a smell I can't even describe (likely from the prior cat). After several complaints and emails you would have thought I would have received at the very least an apology from management since they checked me into a room (45 later than the first room) that they knew did not meet the quality standards. When they tell you if your are not satisfied they stay is on them don't believe it. It is posted in the lobby but the words mean nothing.

Hotel was beautiful room was big clean and spacious had everything we needed. Continental breakfast was very good.10/10 only negative was a very loud party in the room right next door. They were bumping music and singing happy birthday really loudly, kids yelling and hitting walls. I didn’t complain because they quieted down about 10pm.

Was t here for a family funeral. Wverythingg was fine.
