We stay once a year in Hamilton to see friends on our way to see family for Thanksgiving. We changed up our usual hotel to try the Warehouse. The hotel is funky, clean and spacious. The area around the hotel is under development and I look forward to see what they will do next. We felt like we were the only people staying there, didn't hear anyone else all night. No one was at the front desk when we checked out, which made us feel like we were the only people in the building even more! I think we will stay there again next year.

No one at front desk to welcome you and was hard to find the entrance in the dark. Eventually a person came out to check me in. Very open warehouse type space. Sparse and not warm feels like a dorm room type atmosphere. Good for young families and younger folks. Rooms very spacious with cement floors full size not queen size beds. Mattresses were comfy. Good enough for a nights stay. Not much nearby though very isolated right now.

Love the concept but viewing concrete out the window is not inviting. Very spacious rooms, friendly staff, and clean. Just lacking the comfort aspect. Nothing to do with kids- the sports complex closed early - no pool.
