Holiday Inn Dayton/Fairborn Interstate 675, an IHG Hotel

Pros: Check in and out was great with friendly staff. The breakfast was great with a nice selection. Nicole one of the servers was very delightful and eager to help out. The entire breakfast staff were constantly restocking cleaning and just overall great! No problem with parking and plenty of places around to eat of your choosing. We were there for a high school graduation at Wright State Nutter Center and the proximity was excellent. Cons: The bathroom had no ventilation that we could find so we had to crack the door for the steam from the shower to exit. Although the room was clean the switch to turn the air conditioner on was grimy. There was a little league either soccer or baseball team staying there and the kids ran the halls until after 11:00 pm. Chrissy who was mopping the floor didn’t seem to friendly at all when I told her I was sorry because I had to step on her floor to get to the bathroom. Our overall stay was good.

The room I purchased on this website was not the room I received when I went to the hotel when I brought this up to the staff at the hotel, they said it was your websites fault for false advertising in the room. No discount or refund was given, and I was told if I canceled my reservation, I would still be charged they did not care I was unhappy The room was dusty and not vacuumed old broken down furniture. Not what was advertised i have pics of my family in the room but did not take pictures of the dirty room i was so mad and ran out of time to get the room decent for the party i was having The room showed a full bar and kitchen this is what i got a mini fridge and counter top.. not worth the 200.00 i spent i was so ashamed and mad that no one cared

The bathroom was filthy when we checked in. There was a group of families staying at the hotel with young children. The children ran wild in the hallways until 10:30 PM both nights. We had to call the front desk several times to get them to do something about it.

Outstanding service, beautiful lobby, plenty of parking. Would suggest allowing patrons to order off a menu for breakfast. Just wanted some oatmeal but was told I needed to order the full buffet. We left to get oatmeal someplace else. Bathroom very large and clean. Bed very comfy. Will stay there again as is close to family.

We had an amazing stay! The pool was warm, the amenities were excellent, and service was great when we realized we had forgotten a few toiletries. Our room was clean and our kids had a good time.
