We got bumped down to a junior suite the day of our check in. Was notified only hours before we left for our trip. This was due to the whirlpool needing maintenance. Nothing was stated about the main floor pool and hot tub being closed as well.

Room was great for family of five. Only negative I have is for a family of five there were only 3 bath towels and 2 wash cloths.

While the hotel was clean and overall comfortable when we arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the staff and the total lack of service during our stay. My husband and I were visiting family in the area and stayed there for 4 nights. We requested housekeeping four times during our stay, but our request was NEVER fulfilled despite being assured each time someone would come by to clean the room and replenish used up service items. The last time I called and complained about the lack of toiletries, clean towels, cups, and the full trash cans that were never emptied, I was told the manager on duty herself would come and service the room and that they truly apologized for the inconvenience. That manager never showed up and the room, once again, got zero housekeeping. I get that Covid changed the way hotels operate, but to be ignored 4 times over the span of 4 days when making requests for basic hotel amenities and cleaning is unacceptable. Hilton claims they have a satisfaction guarantee that if anything isn’t up to snuff, the staff will take care of it. In fact there are signs posted throughout the hotel stating as much. So I certainly hope that Hilton compensates us in some capacity for the complete failure on the part of their staff at the Hilton Garden Inn in Beaverton. We will not be staying here again.

The room and everything was great. Friendly staff. Only issue we’re the neighbors airing out their domestic relations at a kids birthday party at 3 in the morning. Alyssa has some demons she needs to exorcise. Everything else was great.

We decided to stay at the Hilton because...it's the HILTON! The staff was amazing. The room... not so much. Small, no roll-a-way bed as requested from the online website, so one child slept in a chair. The room AC would not go below 70. The TV switched channels so slow, we finally just shut it off. No movies on demand for the kids either. The toilet was pre-clogged for us. Luckily a couple flushes cleared it. Hair on the toilet base and a stain on the comforters we asked to have changed due to significant allergies of one child. Then, the second elevator went out. Very disappointed. Not satisfied in the least. Not Hilton quality.

Really nice hotel but I specifically ordered two queen beds and they ovebooked the hotel and I ended up having to cram a kid in bed with my wife and I. It could have been a great experience if not for the overbooking. Lots of hillbillies at the hotel but they can't help where they are located. The little kid blowing his nose on the window of the gym (from the pool) was a nice touch. Its Ohio so I always expect something like that when visiting that godforsaken State.

It was a nice little get away time with my boy and his friends for a birthday party. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Only thing i noticed was the tub jets were not very clean,our curtain would not go up ,and a few of our lights were not working. The service and people were all very nice. The main thing i had a problem about was the pool had way too much chemicals in them. As soon as you walk in the door ,youre eyes started burning. My son started coughing really bad and had to go outside for some fresh air. Even a couple other kids were coughing as well. The pool,honestly wasnt as clean but when i was sitting in the hot tub, you could see the grime around the edges of just dirt that was collecting . All in all the stay was nice ,just a few dirty problems i did not enjoy. Also the too much chemicals were pretty bad.
