Was very surprised with 3 small children there was no tubs. Shower only. When they show the bathroom in pictures it is a mirror picture which dont show much. TV takes forever to connect to internet to watch shows only one tv and it is in front of the couch. Could have another one in front of one of the beds. The toilets could have flushed better. Other than those few little things it was an excellent stay with our grandchildren.

We chose to stay there after a very bad experience at another hotel. I had 3 kids with me who wanted to swim in the pool and unfortunately the pool was broken. This was due to a part needing fixed and it happen 1 day prior to us staying. That’s the only bad portion of the stay. Everything else was wonderful.

All was good except the pool was closed and noone was working on the issue ( heater was broke) this was the main reason we were staying here with our 3 kids, very disappointing trying to explain this this to a special needs kiddo who couldn't understand... booked through expedia and couldn't get a refund otherwise would of gone somewhere else.

Everything was good. There was a woman at the front desk I’m not sure what her name is but she works in the morning at breakfast time and she was rude. My 4 year old son made a mess at breakfast which I was going to take care of after I was done feeding by 4 month old baby but she kept giving me and my children and nephew a dirty look. And when me and my kids and husband and my uncle were heading back up to the room she immediately came walking to the table and started spraying cleaning spray onto the table and ended up spraying some on me as well.

The hotel was wonderful for our family of 6. The suite was great, the breakfast was wonderful. Our only bummer was that the pool was out of service and we had to go across the street to the neighbor hotel pool. We would definitely stay here again

Stayed with whole family including infants to senior citizens. The room i got is on 5th floor. It stinks with SMOKE. I selected this hotel because I believed it wouldbe smoke free. Entire family was uncomfortable with each breath and very poor response from front desk. They did accepted that's there was an issue related to smoke few hours before and they took care of it. It really smells bad smoke and we struggled alot.

Clean, comfortable, close to everything very well lit outside and safe my kids loved the complimentary hot chocolate and breakfast

There was zero assertiveness by the staff when the pool/ outdoor area was taken over by an unruly group of adolescents and their parents in town for baseball. The parents just sat around and drank not watching their kids who swam unattended and destroyed the pool area. They were so ill-behaved that we couldn’t even enjoy swimming or being in the lobby. The lobby area at breakfast was also a disaster. Just good, waffle batter, trash overflowing, and out of so many items by like 8:30am. Our room was not the cleanest either. There was trash under the bed, the tile was sticky, and crumbs all over the carpet.

We stayed here for two nights while having a family vacation. Columbus and Cincinnati are only an hour away. The room was spacious and the beds, including the sofa bed, were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We did not use the pool, as it was crowded, but it looked clean. Breakfast tasted good. I took off one “smile” for cleanliness. My room was by no means dirty. The beds and bathroom were spotless. However,the countertops had drink stains from the previous occupants and the dishwasher was chocked full. The body soap dispenser in the shower was completely empty. We stayed at another branded Hilton hotel two months ago with the shampoo empty, so maybe checking them isn’t on the list for the cleaning staff. Overall, it wasn’t a big deal. I always carry Clorox wipes to hotels with me and I had an extra soap. The walls are a little thin. I could clearly hear the family in the next room. I can’t find a hotel that doesn’t have that problem though. I did not like the low amount of television channels. I have never had so few. Maybe ten total. Maybe. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a Target and Walmart within a few minutes drive.

Everything was great. The only problem we had was with the tv channels. Whatever service provider was to be had was inaccurate in channels. Could have been a problem if a child thought they were going to watch "Bluey" and ended up seeing "Fifty shades of gray" instead.
