We actually really loved our room here! It was huge and super clean. The room was airy and cold (which I love) and we turned it up for bedtime and it was the perfect temp. The beds were so comfy and I didn’t wake up with any back pain. I keep thinking about how I can afford to timeshare that room for my family forever because I LOVE it! Truly the best stay of any Columbus hotel we’ve stayed in thus far!

First, getting into the place is difficult if you don’t pay $40 a night for valet. Bought my room on Orbitz, stowed up and they didn’t have my reservation until I showed them my receipt. My room looked nothing like the pictures, the view sucked, no breakfast, we have a 4 mo old and requested we get a crib and had to remind them about it. They bring a crib, but it looks like a prison for babies and had a dingy mattress on it and was all the way to the ground — super inconvenient so we set up a pillow fortress on the additional queen bed they gave us for our baby. Overall what I paid for wasn’t worth it, but then again, it is Columbus, Ohio, and it is dreadfully ugly. Thank God I live in Houston.

Your newly renovated facilities were perfect for our family stay. The hardest part of the stay was unwrapping the cellophane off the cucumber hand soap. The location was friendly, clean, close to dinning and liquid entertainment. We will be back.

The valet parking worked out great and the restaurant was great. I was put in a room way at the end of the hall far away from the elevator with the staff knowing I was there by myself. Two doors down were two drunk men staying, which of course made me feel unsafe. In between them and myself was a whole family with very loud kids running around early.

For the price per night just very small and inconvenient, room had an odor of what we could only describe as old people. Made me feel like i was laying in a casket. Room still had trash in it when i arrived water bottles. if you can’t take out the trash how do i know you even changed the sheets. couldn’t even sleepbecause the walls are thin and children were running up and down my hall. I had to leave 8hrs after my check in. wouldn’t stay again.

For the amount of money I spent for 2 nights stay, I would think Parking would be free, and not having the free breakfast wasnt very family friendly. Also had to pay a $25 fee when I checked in that wasnt explained to me. My stay was booked online and paid for ahead of time, why do I get charged upon checking in? Rooms were subpar to say the least....

Room was advertised as a one bedroom with a pullout sofa bed. No sofa bed available. So four people cannot comfortably be in this room. A rollaway came up that barely fit one of my kids. The room was also freezing. And we had to ask a few times for towels.

our stay in the room was very nice but outside the room there were kids everywhere, high school graduation out of control for sure. had to go thru some room changing because our rooms were not ready which where booked way in advance. which caused a large difference in the price of the rooms which we needed to point out and come back down thru the crowd of people in the lobby at this time. the valet parking was not working and nothing but a huge cluster out there which is why we choose to park in the parking lot across the street.
