Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Convention Center

The staff, all of them, make this hotel great. Everyone from the front desk and beyond. The hot tub was only half full and when it was brought to their attention a very friendly young lady came and sat with the hot hose and filled it ASAP. The halls were filled with friendly staff greeting you and making the children feel comfortable. At no time did I feel like a burden which is how you are made to feel at several service facilities these days. We reserved two suites so we had more space for the kids. Dan at the front desk accommodated us for early check in and putting the rooms side by side. We were there for Unicorn World but my daughter lives in Columbus and I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel to stay at with a young family; the happy hour food/drinks and breakfast the next day truly helps out when traveling with kids. The staff was incredibly friendly; many moments of management checking in with us and others throughout our stay. Although the hotel is slightly dated, the cleanliness is superb. Would definitely stay at a Drury again.

Complimentary breakfast is actually pretty decent and the facility has evening snacks and cocktail that are also free. Great if you are traveling with kids.

Great for families: there's complementary hot snacks and happy hour for adults between 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Just steps from Nationwide Arena and Convention Center area.

The room was simple and clean. The free breakfast was a nice amenity, especially for kids who wake early!

In town for a hockey game. Great location. Super clean and modern. Free beers and dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. Highly recommend for families. Will stay here again!o lol

Managers were very friendly and helpful. The kick back and breakfast was nice. My kids enjoyed the pool!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Only complaint was that the pool/hot tub area was overrun by kids from open to close and my teenagers and I didn't get any time to enjoy it.

Super family friendly, updated and welcoming. Staff were wonderful and we had a really nice night vacationing in our own city. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were very clean and look like they were recently remodeled. There were plenty of food and drink options for us and the pool/hot tub was a blast.

We loved our stay here. The staff was beyond friendly and attentive; we had so many food options all day and we loved the location and how easy and accessible the arena district was for us. The pool and hot tub were amazing too. We will definitely be back with our family.
