Hilton Columbus Downtown

We were there 4 nights for a fencing tournament. Upon arrival no one offered to help with luggage even though I had big suitcase and several other large bags and children. Front desk checkin was smooth but one of the keys out of two did not work. Went to the room and requested a blanket and several other items, I did not receive those until I asked the third time so my daughter was feeezing the first night. Housekeeping is not everyday unless you call the front desk. I did not sleep so well the mattresses are beat. I would not recommend this hotel its not 4 stars to me and the room we booked was a suite.

The person checking us in was not very helpful. Her coworker, who was checking in another family, was very helpful to those people. The coworker offered umbrellas to the other family, a map to get around the city and was just overall very cheerful. Our lady could not be more bothered with us. In fact, we felt more rushed than anything. We were never offered a map, never offered an umbrella. She just basically rushed us through the line because there was a line forming behind us even though the manager was bringing up two more people to help check in. When I confirmed with her the floor she rolled her eyes and said yes.

My boyfriend and I spent our six month anniversary here. It was a great time nice and relaxing. Restaurants were amazing. The swimming pool was too small for that facility and with too many kids but a great time.

Top notch hotel. Very clean and modern and close to many restaurants and spots downtown Columbus. Great pool for the kids too. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other people ! Thanks Hilton for the amazing experience.

We were a family of five enjoyed the beautiful hotel and convenience to the arena and local restaurants stuff was amazing. The valet parking could’ve been better on exiting they were no help. Pulled us on the street and loaded the truck ourselves.

Hotel is attached to the convention center and parking garage which was a HUGE convenience for us. Hotel was up to date with all decor, amenities and comfort! The restaurant was too pricy and fancy for us traveling with kids, however within walking distance to other options and hotel had a “snack” store with many options. My husbands favorite part was the shower very roomy, full size soaps, great shower head, high pressure, and it actually had hot water :)

Great location for walking distance to the Arena district. Stayed with my family and it was nice and clean and there were no issues. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property but not worth the cost. 2 buildings & everything seems hidden. Pool in smaller tower if traveling with kids.
