Suite layout was nice with the separate bunk bed area. A flipped arrangement would work better so adults do not have to interrupt sleeping children to use the kitchenette and bathroom. Hot tub is broken and no repairs are planned.

The shower is so moldy around the bottom. And the room itself smells like a wet dog. The fellow at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Also this property advertises laundry facilities. They have one single washer thats so tiny for the whole building. I would never stay here again, especially with kids.

The building looks older than it appears in the photos. The reception area was cozy but there was only one person working so it took a while for us to check in. The room they gave us was not clean thoroughly, there were some baby clothes still hanging on the bathroom curtain rack, and some brownish stains on the bedroom mirror. I tried to call reception to report these issues but no one picked up the phone so we had to go downstairs and report. Surprisingly they moved us to another room which was much bigger and cleaner. Although we still find an empty chocolate wrappings underneath the sofa but everything else was satisfactory. The room temperature was adequate and the bed was very big and comfortable. We had a good sleep! Breakfast was excellent. They provide a great variety of food and beverages. There were several kinds of cereals, two waffle machines and one pancake machine, and a few options of pastry and fruits. There were limited seats in the breakfast room but it was good enough for us.

Our family of four loved the one bedroom suite we stayed in. The price was affordable for a suite with a bedroom separate from the living space which means we did not have to have the same bedtime as our young kids. We also liked having access to a microwave and fridge. The pool was nicely maintained. The breakfast was wonderful; we really liked the selection of options and the kids were impressed by the pancake machine. There were a few drawbacks. We were unable to use the hot tub as the water temperature was scalding both days we used the pool. The bed was not comfortable but it was tolerable and the sheets on the pullout couch had some stains on it and had some hairs on it as it looks like the pullout likely had not been used in a bit. I also found the lack of towel racks in the bathroom challenging as we had multiple used bath towels with nowhere to hang them to dry except over the shower curtain rod and one hook. Despite these drawbacks, I would definitely stay here again. The location was convenient and the amenities overall were great.

My family and I stayed one night and upon arriving the lobby was nice and the staff was very friendly. When we got into the room I noticed a small red circular stain on the carpet plus stains on the furniture. The cabinet where the mini fridge sat was soft and my husband noticed a blood stain on the sheets. Front desk was someone change the sheets right away. The pool was warm, not cool like most hotel pools. And the hot tub was HOT, perfect!! The breakfast spread was amazing!! Lots of breakfast foods to choose from. We did not get to check out the pub.

This is a very clean hotel and we did not have any issues with the stay. I would say if I had any complaints it would be that the bathroom to me had several issues. First the toilet seat was loose and the tub felt like being at home and not a commercial setup. The toilet also barely flushed which if you have kids is a issue since every 2-3 uses I needed to request a plunger. Overall I give the experience a 7-8 on a 10 scale. The room was nice but was missing a couch so there was a blank wall which was strange. Breakfast was excellent in the pub next door the best I have seen. Hot tub in the pool area was not commercial it was a home unit and wasn't really a highlight, I would recommend replacing it with a commercial unit and not a backyard unit. Again this hotel was very enjoyable and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
