Holiday Inn Fargo, an IHG Hotel

Hotel room was not super clean. Building has areas where it is run down. Staff at pool was too hard on kids playing in the pool.

We love the pool area for our kids. And the pool bar is a plus :)

We just needed a one night stay while we were in town for the night. Our room was so quiet. Even the little bit of noise from the pool in the morning made us smile. Nice coffee bar. This would be great place for a family reunion!!

Lots fun for the kids. Took a long time to get hot water in the shower, while the sink had hot water faster than at home.

The pool area was great for my kiddo and was sectioned off so that he could play in the very shallow area and I didnt have to worry.

Very nice hotel. My kids loved the pool area. We will definitely be coming back everytime we come to Fargo.

It was very nice and quiet and pool was clean. Pool was quite chilly water. Was very disappointed that being a child oriented hotel, they did not have any dining option open for under 21 in the evening. Website we couldn't get to work to even see a menu to order something to pick up and no paper menu available at the front desk. Had to order KFC using uber eats. Our granddaughter was very disappointed.

Most unexpected experience- when it comes to hygiene- and having urine and hairs not only on the toilet seat but in the bed as well! On the way from lobby to our room there was so much garbage and the smell was so awful; like rotten eggs! - my son has seizers and we left with him feeling very sick; my little boy said he felt “dizzy” and his “head hurt” we believe jt was from the strong smell of chlorine. That lingered in our room. It was so bad that both my husband and myself felt sick. I called for a refund but apparently because I called after we left. I called Expedia and because the hotel denied my request- Expedia was not able to issue me the proper refund - I have instead taken the proper steps to report this property. After reading many reviews, from what I have discovered it seems not only I have had an issue with the property- many others have as well! It is my hope this comes to an end! and does not continue for the sake future guests- and families. !
