We were traveling with family and they had a mouse in their roomo

Room was very old and beat up. We were woken up about 3:00am our room was freezing cold cause the air conditioner was running even thought the thermostat was set at 70 degrees and it was on heat. We couldn’t get it to shut off. It finally shut off about 6:00 am then we got extreme heat for about a hour. We just packed our stuff up and left and went and sat ata restaurant for 2 hours until we had our appointment. I didn’t complain cause it was 3:00 in the morning and didn’t want to move my family at that time. The hotel is pretty beat up compared to the pictures it shows online. The only positive was the bed was very comfortable for a hotel wish I would have had the chance to sleep comfortably in it. Will look elsewhere when we go back this summer. I’m not normally one to complain but that was ridiculous…

Nice hotel for the money. I liked the completely enclosed courtyard. It felt more secure for kids and it really blocked out city noise. The restaurant was excellent and we all enjoyed the meal. I was especially impressed by the street tacos.

The property is well kept and the only negative is if you stay in room 110 the air conditioner is so loud we didn’t need our baby’s white noise machine. I’d look into that. But the staff, food, facilities and service were great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - I mean like super nice for what I'm used to. Hotel was stuffed with sports teams and young kids, but pretty quiet at night. The restaurant/bar attached to the hotel was nice for a beer and light dinner. Location was literally right off the interstate.

We settled in to the first room only to find the sink drain plugged. No maintenance on site on Sunday evening, so had to switch rooms. Furniture is old. The lamp in the second room was about to fall apart. The recliners in both rooms showed heavy wear; the leather or fake leather was cracked on the seat and back. The air conditioning was so loud it would wake you up when it kicked in. The mattress was worn to the point it had a noticeable crater in it. I never have back pain, but woke up each morning with severe back pain. I’m a side sleeper and the worn mattress caused my body to rest with my hips sunk, causing the back pain. Didn’t use either pool, but it looked clean. Attached restaurant was pretty good. Service overall was friendly. Court yard was big. It might be an OK place for a family weekend with the pool and large courtyard. We won’t be going back, mostly because of the noisy AC and worn mattresses.

Conditions of this hotel or should I say motel are pretty bad. The pullout sofa was a complete shambles, suite and the sofa area had a tv that didn’t work. Missing shower curtain, plug for bath, walls were pealing, heat register was looking damaged, toilet paper was the worst thinnest paper. The pictures are nothing like reality. Noisy in the hallways from drunks. Parking was not well lit. Never stay here with a family or as a couple.

We had to wait for our room to be ready. 3 hours. We were allowed to swim. 3 hours is a long time with little ones.

Booked this stay off reviews… let me just say it’s a solid 3 out of 5. The room is very old, the sinks don’t drain, and the pillows were made for toddlers. I bring my own pillow but wow dilapidated rooms
