Residence Inn Bismarck North

My family and I stayed in two rooms for the weekend. Our 1st room was terrible. I picked up wrappers on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor. My son slept on the couch and there were dirty sheets on it. We had to get our own sheets at the desk. We didn’t have a remote for our tv and called the desk and told sorry we would have to wait until the next day to get one. In the morning went to make coffee and there was coffee but not for our coffee maker. We have stayed at Residence inn before and never had a problem. All we were told it’s hard to find good help, do better!

The couch was full of dog hair. When I pulled the fold out bed out for grandkids, I saw all the dog hair. stuck to Couch Cushions. I'm allergic to dogs and cats had to take meds all weekend to stay out of the hospital. I really wish they would keep certain rooms for animals as not all of us sleep with animals. It was a nice room just thought it would be clean.

It was more pricey than most hotels in Bismarck, but it is worth it. Especially with a family. It was very clean and we appreciated the kitchen with dishes and cookware.

I always love staying here. I recommend the two bedroom suite especially if you have kids. It’s got lots of space.

Our stay was very pleasant. We were there for medical reasons and the accomodations were very good. The hotel was clean, roomy, and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was hot with a good variety of foods. Would recommend this motel to our family and friends. Really enjoyed our stay

Over all was a nice hotel and stay but we had 5 rooms in our entire party and 4 of the rooms called ahead and booked adjoining rooms only to arrive and be told they have NO adjoining rooms after being told they would get adjoining rooms! Then it was a saturday night and we had my wife, me and another couple in our room having a conversation and a desk employee came up and said there was a noise complaint on our room????? It was only the 4 of us and we were not making very much noise, it was 9:50 pm on a saturday night also.......in fact there were kids running up and down the hall ways making so much noise and I questioned the complaint and the desk person said it was against us specifically????? I took that personally since I have worked in a hotel and managed a hotel/convention center and the noise we made on a saturday night at 9:50 pm was in fact not worthy of a visit or a complaint against us.....the kids ran right past the desk person delivering the warning to us, screaming down the hallway but he didn't even talk to them??? Everything else was fine but may not stay again due to that alone and the fact that two of our rooms were not ready until after 4 pm when check in is at 3 pm!

My family stays here every time we go to Bismarck. It's the perfect place for a getaway. Everything you could possibly need is there. Including real silver ware, pots and pans, stove, full fridge, and glassware! I can't tell you how many times I buy food on a trip only to find out there is no fridge in the hotel room. This place will continue to be the place we stay at when we visit again! :] Would be perfect for an extended stay. I have a 1 year old, and there's so much space in the rooms for him to run off his energy. All hotels should be set up this way!

The room was roomy and clean. Our family enjoyed the indoor pool, as well. Everything was clean, which is very important in my book. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, but otherwise it was great.
