I booked a king studio suite. Upon arrival, I was checked in. My family and I went to the room and saw that it was NOT a king suite but it was a queen suite. I went back down to inform the front desk and she said “sorry that’s all we have”. I don’t understand why I wasn’t told this BEFORE I went up to the room. At this point we chose to stay because it was late and because I had already checked in, I’d have to wait 3-5 business days to get my refund. Next, we went to breakfast the next morning. We got down there at about 8:45. 15 minutes left for the breakfast window. The lady just put out some sausage and some pretzel bread. I waited for eggs. Aftter a few minutes of no eggs, u asked if they were putting any out. She said “no” and turned the lights off. Why weren’t we informed this when we came down?!? It’s as if simple communication is missing from the staff at this hotel. I understand breakfast ended at 9am but they’d till could’ve told us that that was all they were going to be serving when we got down there at 8;45am considering the menu said otherwise. You should make breakfast food til the very end when guests are still showing up. This was ridiculous considering eggs only take like 1 minute to cook. I was only visiting because my family member was in his deathbed. Hopefully I have no reason to return to this particular location again.

Experience was soo good , customer service very well , was a problem with over charging but i think it was just a technical issue and everything was eventually resolved. Great places for families

This was a quick get away for the family to the Polar Express in Spencer, NC. Hotel was nice, room was nice, the only part that wasn’t imo Hilton standard were the mattresses

Our entire family and their families stayed requiring 4 separate rooms. All 4 rooms were spotless as well as the lobby hallway and dining area. Even our Labrador was welcome! Exactly what a motel stay should be!

We make several trips to Salisbury each year to visit family. We’ve stayed in many of the hotels, and this is the nicest. It’s clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the night we stayed, 3 trucks had their car windows busted. We were victims of this crime a few years back at a different hotel in Salisbury. They break into trucks specifically because they are looking for guns. So, if you drive a truck, park in a well lit area close to the front of the building or near a surveillance camera.

This was perfect for our needs. Three small children so pull out sofa was great. Power went off due to wreck and was off hours. We had about an hour before our 830 at Polar Express so staff gave the children ice cream and soda. It was nothing they could control. Breakfast was nice. Good variety....

good stay we had to check out early family emergency. Jennifer a staff member was an awesome person was able to tend to our needs on Saturday will stay there again.

Our family is reconnecting for the younger generations and the event was an eastern seaboard Meet and Greet, turned full-blown reunion. After leaving the hosting relatives' home, out-of-towners returned to this location, where we had reserved blocks of rooms OR paid full price to be with family. We were surprised to learn that the courtyard was unavailable for use at the time the pool closed, despite the fact that other guests' windows shielded them from sound. What's more, cards for reentry were deactivated. We all agreed we'd like to use this Hilton brand for future gatherings, but we'd also like to know how we can party into the wee hours without disturbing other guests. Please respond!

Was clean and convenient to family. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant

Staff has always been friendly, and rooms are clean. Enjoy staying here when visiting family/friends.
