The place is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The morning coffee is fantastic. The beds were comfy. I slept like a baby. The hotel is close to everything, especially Pisgah and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Terrible place to stay. Small room, small and uncomfortable beds. here was no way my family of 5 fit in this room. There should only be 4 ppl per room max.

These rooms are tiny. If you wanted to walk past the person sitting in the chair, they had to get up and push the chair under the desk. I asked for a room that sleeps 5 and got a room with 2 double beds that barely held two people. No cots, no space for an air mattress. One of my grandchildren had to sleep on the floor. When asked if they had a bigger room was told that they could give me one for a discount, even though I had already paid for the room I was in. The person on duty kept reiterating that they couldn't help me because I had booked through a third party. Umm, it's your reputation Hampton Inn.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Location good for Pisgah and Dupont forests. Our biggest dislike is that the room seemed especially small even for a hotel. The beds are not queen sized..likely full sized. For a family with kids it was hard to get around in the size of the room. Breakfast had minimal options.
