Hyatt Place Raleigh-Durham Airport

The kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Over booked and we are now without a room with four kids at 12 o’clock at night. Horrible.

Second time staying here. Nice place for a family.

The Hyatt was comfortable. I would recommend it to friends and family.

The property was nice. The room was spacious with nice furnishings and very clean. The facility as a whole was nice and well-maintained. But the service, or lack thereof, was shocking. Arrived at about 5:00 pm. There was no one to be found at the front desk. I looked around for several minutes, then tried calling the property. No answer. After about 15-29 minutes, I started walking the halls looking for someone. Finally found a nice member of the cleaning staff who apologized and went looking for someone. About 5 minutes later, a gruff woman showed up and checked me in. No apology or explanation. That evening, our kids met us in the lobby with the intention of having a drink together in the bar. No bartender. Then a lady showed up. There were seven of us. She served the first two then disappeared without explanation. We eventually just left. At checkout, there was no one to print a receipt. No one ti be found. So, bottom line, nice facility with a non-existent staff.

Excellent proximity to RDU airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really appreciated that they offered a park and ride service for our trip. It was great to leave our car at the hotel for less than what it would cost to park at the airport and the shuttle service to the airport was nice and easy. The room was the perfect size for our family 5. We’ll be staying there again at the end of our trip when we fly back.

The employees were friendly. However, I didn’t get any sleep from the hotel being so close to the airport. I could hear the planes first thing that morning. We found a dead roach behind the sofa in one of the rooms. I took a picture and showed it to the checkout employee the next morning. She apologized and offered to change rooms, but we were checking out from a one day trip. The pool is outside and I missed that when I booked it because the kids wanted to go swimming. The hash browns and sausage were the only good things on the breakfast bar. The waffles were soggy and the eggs were very bland. The hotel lobby was nice and clean. There was only 1 working elevator too.

The staff was awesome. They had enough of a variety of food, that our family of 6 could find something they wanted. Highly recommended. TT: @clan_baker

I had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was traveling by myself with an infant. The manager of the hotel was wonderful and very helpful. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and well laid out and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Front desk lady could not check us in. We left to our family gathering . Returned and waited over an hour for a front desk attendant to come in and cover for the person that called out. We finally received our room and it was dirty and had to wait again for a room
