there was a family with 3 children and tubs full of clothes directly below our window waiting for someone in the cold maybe 40 degrees we were concerned for their welfare this went on for maybe 2 hours

I would have given this 10 stars if there was that but given that my girlfriends accidentally forgot a personal bag of hers and our grandbabies and they never called to say it was there. When she figured out she had forgotten a bag and not just any it happened to be her and the babies medication bag we hurried back to get it to only all of my gf meds and even the grandbabies meds had been taken and empty otc boxes were placed to make it feel like it was stuff in there. It costed us more than what than what the room cost to replace their meds that crucial to their health and wellbeing.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was for me! The amenities, location, management... wow!! A kitchenette, full size fridge, toaster, full size microwave??? Are you kidding me? For under 100 before tax??? Clean, safe, walkable, quiet??? Amazing!!!!
